15/3/2017 07:37 | Posting that on LSE as well as here? I notice on this site you've removed your snidey opening remark 😂 Ballooning costs? Disasters? Dusters!?! Deary me..... | thelung
15/3/2017 07:30 | I have now exited ZEN. This was because I was worried about the following. 1: Balloning costs of well workover. Who will pay for delay and extra equipment hire? In my opinion this is a full scale restoration rather than a simple workover. 2. Why was Team A not deployed first or at the same time as Team B? 3. Based on the time this workover has taken, I think ZEN will struggle to complete more than 10 before 31.3.18. 4. Why did ZEN acquire the oil fields for nothing? Is it really a duster? 5. How much will it cost to drill new wells? Is this economic? 6. What are ZEN's plans if the first few workovers are a disaster? Money gone into AAOG as it will be self funding in the very near future and will also be drilling a self funded $760m well. Market cap only £15m at AAOG so multibagger in the making over the coming weeks. gl hope it works out for you guys | timw3

14/3/2017 07:13 | Zenith Energy Ltd 14 March 2017 Update on Previous Debt for Equity Announcement of March 1, 2017 Calgary, Alberta, March 14, 2017, Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; TSX.V: ZEE) the dual listed international oil & gas production company is pleased to announce that the Corporation has now issued 505,263 common shares in the capital of the Corporation ("Common Shares") at a deemed price of $0.1425 per Common Share, to settle certain debts owing by the Corporation (the "Share Settlement"). The Share Settlement was previously announced by the Corporation on March 1, 2017, and indicated the Corporation had agreed to issue 675,000 Common Shares, but due to recent increases in the price of the Common Shares the Company was only permitted, under the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange, to issue 505,263 Common Shares. The Company further confirms that the debts have been fully paid, with the balance being settled in cash. The Common Shares issued pursuant to the Share Settlement are subject to a four-month hold period. | someuwin
13/3/2017 18:36 | Fair point ravin. I look forward to work over news here.Cash | cashandcard
13/3/2017 18:00 | Cashandcard, you are completely missing the point here. First of all at no point did I mention whether he is right or wrong on here or pvr. That no one can answer in hindsight.Secondly you stated that alignresearch views are irrelevant to many posters...correct and after the latest debacle probably all investors.Imo, the CEO of ZEN should remove any association with the company after the debacle. If the notice was immediate why is the CEO's reference still on their website?!Imo, dyor. My views only. | ravin146
13/3/2017 16:44 | Truth is Richie, like many others, is spot on regards PVR. I think getting dragged into BB battles has not served him well. It also hits the cred of align. I have no idea what his gripe with AC is, but it's irrelevant to my (and probably most folks) investments.Cash | cashandcard
13/3/2017 16:06 | Hopefully news anytime soon, possibly an update via twitter to confirm additional equipment has arrived.Rob, the credibility I had for 'alignresearch' has been destroyed by that childish and amateur move, they could at least explain it was a mistake on their part. Filtered richie666, who has apparently been posting in the pvr thread. Quite understandably been quiet recently, embarrassed by their mistake.Imo, dyor always. | ravin146
13/3/2017 13:42 | curious how the research note has been deleted but Andrea's shining recommendation remains after last week's 'maligning' of ZEN hxxp://www.alignrese | robg88
12/3/2017 12:42 | Good to see our CEO taking salary in share's for the next year, hopefully an update on well M-195 this week. | 2nell
12/3/2017 11:09 | So alignresearch/richie | dipla
10/3/2017 07:25 | Nash zen is running at low cost...so atm it has a massive margin on b/e. Dyor, you will see, but imo it was stated around $10...which is very low. | ravin146
10/3/2017 00:09 | oil getting hammered and thats why many oilies are hammered down. ZEN not doing that bad today, though this may go to my bottom drawer soon if oil price not recovering | nash81 |
