11/7/2009 14:35 | Looks likely we will get the news we have all been waiting for some day this week according to source. | topinfo
10/7/2009 15:34 | LOL abasol is not dead! LOL yeah, it is just no longer alive ;-) oh, nobby, you are one of a kind :-) | bioshark
07/7/2009 20:32 | Good trading update from Alliance Pharma today. Wonder whether they could be interested in York? Only two weeks now to find the funds to pay back ULU $1 million. Must get news then good or bad. | kiki14p
05/7/2009 11:28 | Nobby. Why what makes you think not this week? Also York was priced to go bust, if these come back they will rise significantly. Mkt cap ridiculous compared to potential products. They turned down deal with ULU that valued York at around 6p per share, they did this as the other deal was better for shareholders so makes sense for share price to rise significantly above that 6p price.. I have spoken to RA at length as well and I get the feeling this deal will be very very well received by the city.!! | topinfo
04/7/2009 18:11 | From my cconversation with him I would be surprised if it was next week. Also if they raise more money we are all going to be heavily diluted so I would not expect a large rise! Nobby | nobbygnome
04/7/2009 16:41 | Richard Anderson you mean Nobby. I can confirm he is abroad too and you are correct in what you say. If the deal goes through then we should see a rapid rise in the share price on relsiting as York was priced to go bust. Going by the time limits I was told next week looks favourable to announce deal and relisting of shares. Fingers crossed here too.!!! | topinfo
04/7/2009 10:40 | He was very approachable and actually rang me back from abroad! Clearly there are issues with the file for Abasol and obviously Richard did not give me all the details. However, if/when it gets approved I suspect the label will not be great. Terry Sadler clearly has a lot to answer for but at least he had the foresight to buy products with turnover. This means YRK is still alive and very much kicking! Nobby | nobbygnome
03/7/2009 18:52 | Nobby thanks for the update. I'm not sure Richard will want too many PI's ringing him up but I may give it a go next week. Was he easy to get hold of and approachable? So Abasol is not dead, but it was 4 years ago they filed for approval, how long does it take for goodness sake?? | kiki14p
03/7/2009 14:34 | I had a long conversation with Richard Alexander yesterday. He is very hopeful of a deal but nothing is certain. What we must all remember is that York has some good products from the Crawford Healthcare acquisition providing solid turnover. So there is definitely value there and the people who say this is all over are a long way from the mark. However, we still have to be cautious because until a deal is done clearly the company is vulnerable. I really don't know why more people don't actually ring the CEO and get info straight from the horses's mouth! He stressed that he is the largest non institutional shareholder and is really busting a gut to sort this out. Regards to all Nobby P.S. and Abasol is not dead.......... | nobbygnome
03/7/2009 13:19 | Maybe next week Topinfo? | kiki14p
02/7/2009 00:17 | 8Trade. How on earth can I affect the sp, the share is suspended did you not notice. If the share comes back as I know it will, you will no doubt issue me with an appology wont you? | topinfo
01/7/2009 22:48 | I lurk on this thread and obviously know you quite well topinfo as you have been posting for a long time and posting porkies non stop for all those years. I hope you are not misleading the gullible here by pretending "again" to have inside information ! Just for the neutrals i had recently been stuck in a suspended share called Tmn and it got to the point after 4 months of no news whatsoever that i would have gladly took my money back of 4p per share, however it relisted and shot up to 13p bid so miracles can happen. Just dont put your house on anything Topinfo says, he's not well known for being honest on this site :-)) Good luck | 8trade
01/7/2009 21:57 | All I know is its a British deal, as for the management I didnt trust the last lot but RA is supposedly a Top Guy with shareholders interests at the top of his agenda as he is the single largest shareholder in co too. Trust me this will relist shortly and we will be well rewarded.!! | topinfo
01/7/2009 20:53 | Hope so Topinfo, sorry but I just don't trust the management of this company. Any ideas who the hoped for deal is with? | kiki14p
01/7/2009 20:08 | Kiki...Its soon, very soon.!! Then bingo £££££s roll back in to our sweaty palms.!!! | topinfo
01/7/2009 19:16 | Tick Tock Tick Tock, I am really bored with this now. Been suspended for over 3 months, why does it take so long!! Topinfo hope you are right about positive news soon. Come on RA get the job done! | kiki14p
30/6/2009 23:35 | Yes but I think you will still do well out of it. | topinfo |
