27/7/2009 10:39 | If it's anything like Bioglan, you'll be able to attend the liquidators' sale -bid for Sadler's old MD's chair - and pretend you're running a pharmaceutical company! | wetdream
27/7/2009 08:02 | Bioshark well called on this one. If it was just a pump and dump am curious why most analysts appeared to be duped.... probably due to potential massive fundraisings changing their views!!!! Slap | slapdash
27/7/2009 07:44 | Well I hope TS and others don't get the spoils - trouble is we probably won't even find out. We've now lost everything but my experience has been that shareholders never find out who gets the assets. | jpendle

27/7/2009 07:40 | Administration RNS! Company York Pharma plc TIDM YRK Headline Administration Released 07:00 27-Jul-2009 Number 2917W07 RNS Number : 2917W York Pharma plc 27 July 2009 27 July 2009 York Pharma plc ("York" or the "Company") Appointment of Administrators The Board of York today announces that it has agreed to appoint Andrew Poxon and John Malcolm Titley of Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT to act as Administrators of the Company with immediate effect. On 7 April 2009, York announced that Uluru, Inc. ('Uluru') had made available to York a US$1.0 million short term secured line of credit of which $750,000 (plus accrued interest) remains outstanding and is repayable in full on 29 July 2009 (the '"Loan"), The Company has received notice that Uluru has assigned the Loan to RH Acquisitions Limited (formerly Fleetness 649 Limited). As previously announced, York has been actively pursuing alternative funding facilities in order to repay the Loan and to enable it to meet its ongoing working capital requirements. Unfortunately these efforts have not been successful and the Board has concluded that any potential transactions which might have provided additional facilities could not be completed within the time available before exhaustion of the Company's cash resources. As a result, the Board has taken advice and, with regret, no longer believes that the Company is in a position to continue its operations. It is expected that the appointment of Administrators by the Company will formally occur later today, following which the Administrator will take such measures as they believe appropriate relating to the Company and its assets. 26/7/2009 09:49 | great company with excellent products in the pipeline?!? hey, what have you been smoking? York never has been more than a pump-and-dump scheme set up by Terry and buddies, so forget about your "investment", you bought some lottery tickets and lost, please, stopp crying :-) | bioshark
25/7/2009 09:49 | The RNS - is a warnind to not exect anything and they can now say they kept shareholders imformed. I have lost out on a few companies in administration and can accept that this does happen in high risk inverstments - the one thing that I really find it hard to accept is presons involved in engineering the failure profiting from it, IMO part of the administration process should be an investigation into director actions, if a few of them are sent to jail it might focus their minds on getting some value for shareholders. | jpendle

24/7/2009 20:48 | Jpendle. Remember Rotaprint? A transparent highjack also; Every avenue to raise cash was bished up some way or other & the directors bought the business off the liquidator. Same old story. Perhaps a law should exist preventing direcors getting any of the liquidated company, but they'd then get a company in Dellaware run by men of straw to do it for them! No, there's nothing cynical in seeing it as it is. Same ol' world, innit? | napoleon 14th |
