KiKi...Not long to wait now, they will be back soon. Just remember this was priced to go bust, either we get fully taken over or Re-Financed, either way share price will go up significantly. Looking at ULU I would rather go for the re-financing deal and that way the new CEO Richard Anderson who is the biggest single shareholder can rebuild the business and return real value to shareholders. If it comes back then it will be one of two deals as mentioned, either or will have massive impact on share price I personally would like to see option 2.

KIKI...No they cant do that, its all mumbo jumbo talk I think, some technical Guys may be able to answer the question but if it were bad news and they could even get shut off them during suspension then who would buy them.??...Not the Mms. Lets wait and see but at last movement maybe?

Looks like Lanstead Partners have managed to reduce their holding by 2 million shares. How is this possible? Smells fishy to me, gut feeling is bad news on the way?

Rang yesterday and today to speak to RA and was told he was in back to back meetings in London, maybe at last the deal has been finalised and hence the holding announcement. I have never come across this before when a share is suspended so are we going to see it relsited tomorrow.?

Smelleroo. Im not sure on that one, maybe cash as it will be harder for us UK shareholders to trade shares of ULU. It may be that they agree deal and it comes back to market so that we can trade shares in YRK before takeover goes through but quite honestly I dont know. I am however positive that our money is not just going to disappear here like some companies that have their shares supended. The CEO Richard Anderson seemed like a very genuine approachable Guy who also stands to lose a hell of alot if the deal fails. Hers hoping it comes back soon.!!!
