25/6/2009 14:56 | SHAID1...Do you mind if I quote you on that?. And would you mind also giving me an appology when it does.? | topinfo
25/6/2009 14:52 | topinfo beleive me imvho this is NOT coming back, imho this is doomed. i think you know too but are holding onto grim faith. you kno the real truth imho. | shaid1
25/6/2009 11:39 | TOPINFO - I sincerely hope I have to eat humble pie because that means I will get some money back, we all want the same result remember. | jpendle
25/6/2009 11:18 | Ok lets so whos right. Only time will tell.!!! | topinfo
25/6/2009 09:56 | jpendle agreed that topinfo is in a world of his own it would be good news if this ever came back from suspension | shaid1
25/6/2009 09:55 | topinfo banks are not interested anymore, they have their own problems and dont need more problems. imho they will stay away for good from york pharma | shaid1
25/6/2009 09:54 | The CEO Richard Anderson is the single biggest individual shareholder in the company and I really do think he has shareholders interests at heart here. If anyone can turn this around I think he can, look at his credentials. York pharma is a good company but was run into the ground by the former management in charge. Any bank will see that this is worth investing in and they will eventually be rewarded well.!! | topinfo
25/6/2009 09:49 | Topinfo you are dreaming, in cloud cookoo land, away with the faries - its 1 in 100 of these zombie companies that survives - the real story now is who will get the carcass, anyone that puts money in will dilute us to a meaningless shareholding. Your boundless enthusiasm, unless backed up be some genuine knowledge, is difficult to understand - but I hope you prove everyone wrong, I'll be glad to be wrong. | jpendle
25/6/2009 09:43 | Roorontev....I have nothing to gain by saying I think this is all good news, the company will survive and we will be better off with a financing package than a takeover by ULU for a few pence. Lets just wait and see what happens. | topinfo
25/6/2009 09:41 | New RNS " Mr Sadler will resign from the Board of Directors and leave the Company upon the repayment of the line of credit by York." Why, Why, Why. Giving TS some of the companies precious money when we have nothing to give, he should lose it along with the rest of us. IMO it backs up what I guessed at yesterday - distance yourself having destroyed the company then buy for pitence either from shareholders or administrator. Don't for 1 minute think he has been sacked, its his mates still running the company and he has probably had all the wages he thinks are available. | jpendle
25/6/2009 06:39 | Cheers Tops, hope you are right. Fingers crossed for some positive news. Was strange that they said that ULU are still considering their options - maybe they are still interested but York have got other options? Not surprising I guess when ULU's offer was 19.9million shares at todays exhange rate about £2million. | kiki14p
24/6/2009 21:29 | Kiki...Please trust me here mate, I really do think that this is best for shareholders, we will get more this way. Yrk knew they had better deal on table and hence talks terminated. Why give away a good company that cheap.? | topinfo
24/6/2009 21:02 | Tops.. I read it that ULU called off talks and not the other way round? | kiki14p
24/6/2009 21:01 | Topinfo, I know you are not ramping - there is no point, but are you wearing rose tinted specs? Are you stabbing in the dark at a financing package? If they can raise any finance at all I expect it will be very dilutive. | kiki14p
24/6/2009 20:55 | Guys calm down. This is the best news possible as who wanted a merger/takeover with ULU anyway. I posted only a couple of days ago that it was the funding package that was more likely and a better way for us to get our money back. If ULU had taken us over we would have got a mere 5-6p a share as previously stated. It would appear that RA has shareholder interest here at the top of his priorities and he is intent on building York Pharma back up to its former glory. Trust me I have no reason to ramp this as the share is suspended anyway. They have nearly secured financing package and that why called off talks with ULU. Patience here will be rewarded. | topinfo
24/6/2009 20:54 | The board understands that Uluru continues to consider its position... what does this mean? Is it a case of Uluru maybe still wanting to acquire York? Maybe terms/price/manageme | kiki14p
24/6/2009 18:28 | This doesn't look good...I thought it was taking a long time to sort out. Share cert will come in handy as bog roll, its all its worth now! | kiki14p
24/6/2009 16:48 | Hmm let's hope it isn't going to be like another AIM company that supposedly ran into financial trouble, went into administration and was sold almost overnight to a new company explicitly set up to purchase the old one. The ex-CEO was part of the new set-up. Not long after, a letter was issued to employees that it was business as usual.... except the shareholders got SFA. | h101
19/6/2009 07:31 | No problem... | topinfo |
