IMO - strong results to come....looks like this one should settle down first then can see it going strong until xmas, stock is cheap and it's time to settle into commercial letting for quite a few months....can see it returning to its old days above 600p

two sells of 250,000 shares each, stinks of something fishy.....lets in London seems good business to be in, strong performance against a 1.5% drop in ftse today. Whats not to like, quite cheap still or have I got this completely wrong. I got in at 390 so might just hold for a while on this one.

Closed at 381.0p on a horrid auction...

I'm also out... sold my last lot at 409.9 for a small gain.

This is looking like a tading stock at the moment.

Final results next Tuesday.

I'm currently completely out of WKP due to needs for cash! I'm keeping an eye out to repurchase some in my SIPP. But on which side of 11th June?

Closed at 410.0p...

...I didn't expect this - and I'm a booster here...

...got back in with a very modest 1000 @ 396p but it's just a small investment here now.

NAV is 319.0p and the results on the 11th June will uplift it, but not by the 28.5% that the current share price supports...

...there is 'added value' of course...

...watching with interest.

I'm out...

Bit annoyed with myself for not selling at 360, which did feel ripe for a retrace, but it's been a great ride, and happy with my gains here. Hopefully it will continue the uptrend for holders, but I just feel there are more obvious places to make money in the short/medium term.
