Both PTR and AYM went south so I was out a long time ago - but back in PTR since late last year. Never did buy any AFR.

I don't have the time I used to have for shares as my day job is keeping me very busy :-).

Wild price forecasts just means we're nearing the top of the current trend imo. And then the resultant dip when they retreat.

Could someone please clarify something for me... Back in 2008 wkp share price was at the equivalent of £30.00 a share. I know we've had a commercial property crash since then but from £30 to £3 in five years? Has there been a change in the equity structure in this time? Thanks. Salty
