Had some of these about 2years now and they just keep going up. Now double what I paid for them. Results were fantastic. Just going to hang on to these. Should double again the next 2 to 3 years!

Financial Performance

-- Profit before tax up 230% to GBP252.5m (2013: GBP76.4m)
-- Adjusted trading profit after interest up 14.5% to GBP20.5m (2013: GBP17.9m)
-- EPRA net asset value per share up 43% to GBP4.96 (March 2013: GBP3.48)
-- Adjusted underlying earnings per share up 14% to 13.9p (2013: 12.2p)

I reckon you could buy every morning on the opening spread and sell either at midday or end of the day for at least a % a day. We always open down and finish either level or higher.

Looks 'steady as she goes' type of statement. Progress on all fronts and some promising developments in the pipeline. Taking advantage of strong Residential demand.
