Directly from the liquidators it would seem....

From the July Company Update:

Should shareholders have any queries please contact the Joint Liquidators directly by calling 020 3005 4000, emailing oliver.raban@frpadvisory.com or sending a letter to FRP Advisory LLP, 110 Cannon Street, London EC
4N 6EU"

Hi Harold, yep it's raining yet again. Stopped now but it's coming in again later... but the rest of the week is ok and tomorrow looks very good.

Very hit and miss this summer, we haven't spent one day on the beach, which is very unusual.

I wonder what will happen when we all get our money, I suppose this thread will be no more... It could be a guide to home brewing?

"I will sell off my shares if and when they go into profit...."

I thought it was your leg you hurt, Fut, not your brain!!!!

Think I'll blow my pennies on a large round in the Pub!

Good morning, lovely sunny crisp day here in Truro. Where is everyone?

I spoke to the liquidator yesterday just to check when our measly pennies will be back in our hands and he said another 3 weeks.

How's you futters, any better?

Still brewing Harold?

Morning all, what a day, raining cats and dogs here, I don't blame you Harold. A drier climate would be lovely. Now, isn't it this week we get our few pennies back? I'm so excited! :-(

Good morning all, bright and sunny here, the only wet days were when Gis visited the area. Had a drop of rain yesterday when I decided to try walking outside not too far from the front door when it started. We did have two claps of thunder one in the afternoon and one at night.
Just given up on this share I'm glad I took my own advice and didn't invest anymore cash in it. I will sell off my shares if and when they go into profit and forget the whole deal.

Morning, what a day down here in the West Country, grey drizzle, has winter begun and someone hasn't told me. I want to flee to the Alps this winter, long term, at least the snow is bright!

Not going to get much back are we? Oh well health means more than money!

Have a good day all... I would keep drinking that beer Harold, the weather must be the same where you are?

Hi Harold

Many thanks for update. Just some quick calculations:

Shares issued= 232,160,407
86.15%- Majority Shareholder or Numpties
13.85%- us minority shareholders~ 32,000,000

Leftover after fiasco= US$1.7m

Makority shareholder= US$1.45m
Badly treated Minority Shareholders = US$250k

Return per share = US$250k/32,000,000 = US$0.007 = £0.0044

So if you held 100,000 shares for example you get back £440.00

Just some quick figures on my iPhone while waiting for a train.

Would you be so kind as to look over?

Best Regards and thanks for all your help and support.

Morning all - long time no post.

It has been raining here now for 36 hours solid but clearing so I have put in a cheeky 50 litre brew of Hopback Summer Lightning in the hope that we will actually see some summer.

Glad to hear that you are on the mend Fut - takes longer as you get older. Still, the Vuelta starts this weekend and Froome is leading what looks like a very strong team so they are taking it seriously.

We should get our paltry payout from the liquidator in a week or so. There's a pot of about $1.7m to share and the Numpties will get about $1.45 so their loss on their original investment will be $550k. that pales into insignificance as a proportion of what we have lost but also pales into insignificance compares to what they lost in terms of value on their assets that they sold to BP.

OUCH!!!!! My sides are hurting as I am laughing so much. I wonder what Numpty had his best bits trodden on over that one?

Anyway, back to the brew as the mash needs sparging.

Sorry about that Fut, it's obviously come from down here in Cornwall. Yes massage, when there is an injury the muscles get really stiff and if they are not released then they will stay tight and mobility will be limited. It is essential! Just get some almond oil and get Mrs Fut to really work on those tight muscles!!! if not get a nurse in!

Morning Fut, I think it's only us here now. Oh you can have some of our rain, it's soaking here.

Walking is a brilliant exercise, it will start releasing the muscles, keep it going but don't overdo it. Can't Mrs Futs give you some massage as well, that will really help.
