Surely the moment they received the shares they held 5.27% and so should notify their holding, regardless of whether they were subsequently going to sell some?

recent equity raise by 'an investor' for £0.6m was 5,161,290 shares
"following Admission of the Subscription Shares and the Placing Shares it will have 97,938,420 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue"

5,161,290 as a percentage of 97,938,420 is 5.27%

no holdings notice given, ergo they must be selling/have sold some as they have to advise the market over 5%

ergo, imo & logically those big numbers showing recently either as buys or sells are in fact the 'holder' selling, and the share price reversing accordingly since the shares were issued to the market

unless anybody can give any good reason why this is not so I'd be delighted to hear, until then I think buyers are being mugged, probably by one or two posters halping the seller out with a ramp or two

Interesting that they are looking for French as the named language and not; "arabic with preference given to French speakers"


My money on Tunisia, if the big one ever comes about.
Tunisia have some serious bridges to rebuild, in order to (re)gain the confidence of the overseas tourist industries. All IMHO

youkme I got a reply to my enquiry. Bottom line is they can't/won't release an RNS until the investor informs them they have crossed the notifiable threshold.
