15/3/2017 09:53 | Ontarget i don't think its shocking because there is NO single investor imo. WSG have a very very long history of lets say being "economic with the truth" rns to the market. Those shares are being dumped in drips as we speak imo and why not easy money for the placement beneficiaries imo Taxdodge; I'm sorry I have to go away until Friday working, I hope you can cope when i'm gone, lots of love and kisses | youkme
15/3/2017 09:14 | Still no holdings RNS for the 5.3% 'Investor' announced on 28/2. Shocking lack of respect for shareholders and the market. | on target
15/3/2017 09:04 | Bit deceptive quote this morning. Showing 11.75-12.5p on the monitor but the real bid is 12.15p which is above the mid price of 12.12p mm's fishing for weak holders | tradermick1

12/3/2017 01:19 | The French have a long history in the Middle East. The a lot of Lebanese are French speaking, Iran has a long history it isn't just Africa. As always I don't see them getting contracts in this area due to too many government agencies that will have an input. Nothing happens fast. | deanowls
12/3/2017 00:45 | Tunisia is not in the Middle East! | neo26
10/3/2017 16:58 | Good news, the price finished the week above 12.5p. So the weekly chart pattern/uptrend line you were worried about youkme is intact. If it bounces off it next week we could be in for a good week. | on target

10/3/2017 12:37 | You mentioned that you hoped these funds will be used to take out Darwin's final tranche. I can see the appeal but personally, I hope not. More importantly, it's clear its for the Managed Services division. On both 23rd of Feb (trading update) and the announcement of the funding 28th Feb the company appears to highlight they are putting the final steps in place to secure the 35m contract. In fact they say the 600k is from an investor (in ordinary shares) "with a particular focus on investment in the Managed Services division". I assume they will have been given the heads up and perhaps even made an insider to facilitate the investment. The trading update established re. the annual 35m plus revenue project and associated projects and the potential border contract that :- " With the major airport contract discussions largely completed, the Company has been actively preparing the required support structures and infrastructure necessary to deliver the projects, including organising a complex supply chain." I think it's clear from the Company that this is what the 600k is for. Whether the recruitment drive is part of this 600k work I don't know. I suspect some of openings may well be. The Company don't have to announce on the reason for vacancies even if they are related to the 35m ME LOI because the market statements above cover the process in broad terms. Who knows Darwin might be able to covert at 65p (the max price for conversion I believe) for their final tranche if a big contract comes in but as other holders know better than me as a recent holder, these things take time | runwaypaul |
