They don't want to waste money by over-drilling though, the aim is to use this as a cash cow to fund the rest of the work. For reference, Jingal's recent purchase next door was 250Mt Predicted opex is around $55/tonne so at world ore price of $100 they are aiming for a minimum 30% return. Aim would be to do ~ 4Mt a year, with a low capex (says that 2 year payback). Fag packet calcs thus 4 x $30 = $120m per annum, capex of order of $200m?
