My view is this stock is one on my ten for 2010, and with a level £1,000 investment i am doing very well with a 50% gain. [so far this year.]


Fail to understand why anyone would buy a stock, then spend years running it into the ground.!!

The company is going foreward,and over time should do very well in my view.

To make matters worse, they sold the Lloyds at around 58p to buy the PEG stake!!!

The more I think about it, RA is running this as his own little play thing, with a total disregard for external shareholders.

Shocking results from PEG. Looks like another waste of OUR money.

Just give the money back now before it all gets pi$$ed up the wall.

I presume TARA finally agreed that RA is probably incapable of striking a deal that will get the share price up, and has taken her leave.

Perhaps you would be better advised to just trust your own research.

I am always sceptical of posters who state they know something that isnt news that is already in the public domain and I am especially sceptical of those that impress on others that they are some kind of oracle and then completely disappear from a BB never to be seen or heard of again.

Have you considered that SL no longer has any interest in WTH?

I am sorry guys, as you seem to have invested far more than I did. So, probably negative comments are not what you would like to read here. But, RA management is beyond my comprehension. I quote from the recent business update:

"It is your board's intention to seek an early meeting with the board of Petards to explore the options open to it."

He spent most of the remaining cash on buying Petrads shares, without talking to its management!!!!!!!!!!
Why didn't he bother to explore options before throwing the remaining cash in. Now he only holds 30% of Petrads, hardly a majority to force anything on its directors.

The simple answer to the .25p up and down is, it depends on which MM the Exchange go to for price

Waiting for potentially important info at AGM on 24th. Annoying 0.25p movements up and down in last few days with little or no volume. CGT info tomorrow might influence some holders either way.

No, it was meant to be there. RA has shown that he likes a punt on the market, and was attracted to Lloyds by the then yield. I just hope he didn't see BP as an attractive investment, and put OUR money into it.
