Placing at 20p so at least we now know the reason for the sharp fall in the share price this week.Proceeds are, per the RNS, being put to good use in reducing exhorbitant interest charges so good chance the share price will recover a bit IMO.

Agree though once football's gone then they can concentrate on Theatre and the whole group will be well structured

Just be aware. There is an american company calling shareholders directly offering to buy shares from them on behalf of their 'client'. Apparently offering between 80p and £3.00 a share in order to gain 51% of FAN.

Seeing as 51% isn't even in public hands that'll be fun

They want an NDA signed and an insurance bond. This sounds all very very fishy.

Theres the 30p breakthrough. If we can stay above this for the next few days then there is nothing holding this share back from motoring onto the 50p range..

The football side should be sold ASAP as it undermines the credibility of FA business although the Board changes have done a lot to restore credibility. The other businesses are profitable and complimentary and under new management with reduced debt the ceilings & barriers should be around 60p.

No, the debt was the worry as to why other investors sold, i pointed out this was costing only a tick or two over the base rate.

The debt was infact not a prob.

The football side now 7% will no doubt be sold

If it breaks through 30p and stays above that level at some point over the next 2 weeks for a few days then 50p is the next ceiling for this share.

Pending news updates I think 45-50p would be a fair price for it.
