21/7/2016 18:25 | If you are talking covernants may be broken then obviously the company is short of money imo. What Paul Scott states makes good sense to me. | 1fox1
21/7/2016 18:15 | If there is going to be a rights issue, then why did the company just pay the 1.5p dividend (worth £1.8m). Can't see the logic | brummy_git
21/7/2016 16:26 | Well done Nick. Fortune favours the brave. | 1fox1
21/7/2016 09:54 | Good point zipstruck. It's plain to see why he took the company to the AIM market. So Have I got this right? Hawkins is part time, pays himself a small fortune in wages and perks then gets himself 3% of the company. His reward for trashing the company imo? | 1fox1
21/7/2016 07:48 | Tricky - If VLK needs cash he has to support share price his average share cost is well below 10 p if he pays the tax. What price the rights or placing. | zipstuck
20/7/2016 19:52 | That Hawkins takes some beating doesn't he? For once Smithie I'll go along with that. The man has no shame whatsoever | 1fox1
20/7/2016 19:51 | I suspect this will bounce | dlku
20/7/2016 15:46 | Big director buying!!!! | dadedidodu
20/7/2016 15:21 | Yes, the free shares are unnecessary and considering the state of things currently should have been cancelled instead. | nick rubens
20/7/2016 14:32 | was notified yesterday that Mr Hawkins exercised 2,000,000 nil cost options in relation to the Vislink 2002 Employees Share Trust and the grant made in 2012 under the 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan on the same day." (imho the claimed 'profit' numbers used for profit target 'achievement' were false in any case) wharghhhhh !! The boss rewarded with 2M shares at 0p for crashing the share price from 60p to 15p !! wharghhh !! You couldnt make it up. (reality imo is that he gets loads of cash every month, renumeration....and am I correct to say he only works part time ??!! Cash invested in shares is imho small relative to amount he has taken in cash via renumeration. Creston was another example. Company went no where over 10 years....the boss pocketted 6M cash over same time.) | smithie6
20/7/2016 14:31 | RNS! Executive Chairman - 1 million shares bought 13.35p and 2 million options excercised and holding (not sold) by the look of things. | nick rubens
20/7/2016 10:36 | 1fox1 It's not so much courage but a buy opportunity as the bad news is more than discounted in the price I reckon. However upconing results and statement will set the current state of affairs straight. If current management can be removed then all the better IMO. | nick rubens
19/7/2016 19:54 | I thought it read Balls taking VLK ahead of news Nick:o) Hope it works out for you. I don't quite have the courage I'm afraid. | 1fox1
19/7/2016 19:52 | What size cap do you wear Smithie? | 1fox1
19/7/2016 14:24 | Simon Thompson in the IC has sold and changed his rec to a sell. | rcturner2
19/7/2016 14:13 | Bulls taking VLK ahead of next news IMO. | nick rubens
19/7/2016 12:57 | SP recovering as bottom fishers/bargain hunters are being forced back in having missed the low ( as I did). Better to buy on the way up to avoid falling knives. Could recover a fair bit ahead of news as the drop was pretty dramatic. Still shocked to see it so low though. | nick rubens
18/7/2016 13:21 | Dividend arrived. The total dividend will take £1.8m cash so if there was any real concern by the bank about the company's financial position they would have stopped it. (Famous last words because that statement relies on the management we all trust being honest with the bank). | sharw
18/7/2016 07:35 | Presume we still get the 1.5p divi today; no mention of non-payment of this is the TU - only going forward. I imagine this will be the last one for a while ... :-/ | boystown |
