BIKWIK:
In ref to: he market can kick you in the teeth...
Not with FLYB and TCG.
Amazing charts for you to look at.
Take care.
PS: What do you mean by well done with LEK? We're not there yet, lol

Well, maybe, but cups of tea aside, i havn't looked at the fundamentals, but I noticed that the Executive Chairman bought 1m shares at 13.35p, 5 days after it bottomed.

Maybe he knows something that we don't. Namely the shares are undervalued for whatever reason. If he doesn't know then no one else does, thats for sure.

All i am doing is looking at the chart and it says to me that the least line of resistance is up. Obviously not in a straight line (as you know with MAYA) but up nonetheless. Anyway well done on LEK, but don't let it go to your head. Be humble because the market can kick you in the teeth when you least expect it.

Poor communication, poor results, lower than expected trading performance of VCS in H1 is expected to continue into H2, non-cash write-off which could be between £6 - £9 million of increasingly inappropriate legacy technology.
Not really my cup of tea...
But a chart is a chart, lol.

This one is kind of self explanatory. Hopefully you get the idea. Note how the Fibonacci retracements taken from that steep plunge to the low have provided resistance and support on price action over the last 5 weeks.

Note that the MACD buy signal has just occurred and the last few days have seen buyers return. Sure there was a bit of selling, but at least a couple of those were people who bought around the low of 6 weeks ago, failed to take their profit at the 38.2% level and saw a 2nd chance today on this mornings price rise.

I don't think they realise that there is a very good chance of a lot more to come. I could of course be wrong. However, the charts look good to me. DYOR and best of british (or other) if you are in.

These are monthly candlesticks, great for long term charts and providing important clues. Also, note the Fibonacci retracements of the big bear market from the 2006 high.

The first two uplegs (starting 2011) ran to the 23.6% level (pretty much), then the 38.2% level. The final third upwave to just over 60p was accompanied by lower volume than the 2nd upwave and thus was warning that the bull market was entering shaky ground and was thus vulnerable to a major downside reversal. The monthly Doji (open and close the same, with tails) formed the month of the high providing the warning and signal to get out!

Fast forward, and we have seen two bear legs and a corrective wave up (Feb to May 2016). In Elliott wave terms this is the three wave move following a five wave up. So, a completed bull bear cycle. So......

This means we now have scope for a bull cycle. Already we have seen a false downward break of the 2003 and 2008-2010 lows, which sets up the impetus for a decent move to the upside. The weekly RSI is close to 30, which is basically very oversold. One doesn't have to look for bull and bear divergence on a weekly (as opposed to a daily RSI) so much.

Looks like bearish sentiment is hitting it after the sudden and unexpected quick spike up.

Need the current balance sheet details and visibilty on orders to be on the safe side here, before comitting too much IMO.

Not invested here but have been on my watch list for some time. Just checked in to see why such a strong rise following recent news. Director has bought a million shares which is fair enough, but doesn't it make you sick how these AIM directors milk the financial benefit for themselves ( ie 2 million @ 0p). It's almost like Robin Hood taking from the poor to give to the rich.

All will be revealed Brummy.....Even to be talking about breaching banking covenants the company has to be perilously short of cash don't you think? Usually with this company the news is leaked before anyway. So take it has a positive the share price climbing? Iv'e been in and out since 2000. I'm quite alarmed how such a person as Hawkins has been allowed to be at the helm. One thing Iv'e learnt in that time is to steer clear of AIM stocks

Hi 1fox1 - I think the point is, if there was any risk that banking covenants were likely to be breached, then the company wouldn't have paid the 1.5p divi.

Albeit granted common sense doesn't always prevail.

Rubbish. He just posts his views and research. Just as you post yours. He admits when he gets it wrong like most of us.

Also, you are more than capable of challenging him in the right way via Stockopedia or other media channels.

But you no doubt do not have the intelligence, or the Balls, to do that?
