22/11/2016 07:13 | Thanks Bernie re warrant, if they still have them, they don't need convert these straightaway do they? Someone on other bb claims vast is in court today, I have looked everywhere for this information and I cant find what it is for ? | r88ave
21/11/2016 21:11 | Hang on there's still the warrants too..... | bernieboy
21/11/2016 21:09 | R88ave yes I think so. About another 130m shares to go for the 201k fee, after the latest 139m from the last 208k draw down today have gone. Not sure how much of the 1.7m will be left and not actually sure what they want further alternative funding for..... Has anyone asked!? 5% fee in cash to Northland to go too. So about 80k£. | bernieboy
21/11/2016 19:41 | Having read the latest am I right to say conversion loan is completed? Final balance of $208500 have been done? So this £200k loan note is something else, nothing with issuing more shares? Vast now has £1.7m in bank? This is getting all too complicated for my liking. | r88ave
21/11/2016 14:18 | Are there warrants still to be converted into shares? Warrants -- Warrants are to be issued to Bracknor exercisable at 130 per cent. of the lowest Average Price of Shares in the five business days immediately preceding the issue of the Loan Notes (the "Warrant Exercise Price"). The number of warrants to be issued is equal to 20 per cent. of the nominal value of the Loan Notes issued (expressed in Sterling converted at the closing spot price on the day of issue) divided by the Warrant Exercise Price, but rounded down to the nearest 0.1p. Assume the issue of the US$ equivalent of GBP1 million of Loan Notes where the Average Price of Shares in the five business days preceding the issue of the Loan Note was 0.350 pence. 20 per cent. of GBP1 million = GBP200,000 Warrant Exercise Price = 0.35 pence x 130%. = 0.4 pence (rounded down) Number of Warrants to be issued = 200,000 / 0.4 = 50,000,000 Fees -- Bracknor is entitled to a fee of $250,000, in connection with the Subscription whether or not it is drawn down in full, and which is payable by the issue of Loan Notes. A further fee equivalent to 5 per cent. of funds drawn down in accordance with the subscription is payable to Northland Capital Partners Limited in cash. | deekay1959
21/11/2016 13:58 | Yeah blink'in great! We pay Bracknor 200k to decimate the share price. I know it's not new news but it grates anyway. Few more days left still...... | bernieboy
21/11/2016 13:50 | Blimey it's never ending - another 166,000,000 shares and now yet another £200,000 worth to get through | supercity
21/11/2016 10:44 | C&P LSE VAST BB bouncer Baita Plai Posts: 15,631 Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 0.18 Baita Plai Today 10:15 Final settlement in court tomorrow and The Vast shareprice should react big time. | nicosevos
21/11/2016 10:14 | If you include the warrants issued Friday there are 350 million to shift - not so sure that sort of volume has been shifted just yetWe also have nearly 30% more shares in issue than five or six weeks ago from 3b to over 4b. | supercity
21/11/2016 09:45 | The guys on LSE say/think they are gone - Friday. But also as they say, 'we will soon find out' | astjgroom
21/11/2016 08:12 | Fairlight surely another 200k's worth to go. Or do you mean you think they have already forward sold them? Must admit I had a busy week last week and have now lost count a bit. Also warrants - do we know what the position is with those? Any opinions appreciated. | bernieboy

18/11/2016 19:26 | I think that was Bracknors last today - there may be further late reported sells but they are out IMO. Onwards and upwards | fairlight
18/11/2016 16:51 | By the way they've converted twice this week it seems they know pressure building and they are not going to get it much lower | r88ave
18/11/2016 16:48 | Good day today imo Still way too cheap it's only matter of time before it starts to recover big way Two more lots of conversion loan at $100k a piece and they are gone It looks 15-16 is absolute bottom Anyone who buys now will do well easy double from here | r88ave
18/11/2016 16:40 | That volume should have done the trick | bean02
18/11/2016 16:33 | Massive rise coming bracknor are gone it seems | turbotrader2
18/11/2016 14:32 | 60m sell..... Getting closer ;-) | bernieboy
17/11/2016 07:53 | Thanks for correcting me supercity, totally misunderstood the situation. I see result of agm requires shareholders approval for future funding, should be interesting today . | r88ave
16/11/2016 22:58 | Not sure you are grasping what is happeningIMO They are forward selling the shares and then closing the deal when they convertThey did it with 400 million odd at the start of the month...the second rns says they have zero sharesThe more they sell the lower the price goes - then they convert and however many they convert at whatever price makes them their profit (the difference in price)So if the 66,666,666 announced yesterday at .15p were forward sold at an average .17p they make .02p which equates to £13kAs they dropped below 3% there is no requirement to notify the market so we won't know for sure if this is what they are doing (although highly likely looking at the share price action) until they are done...which could be in a few days if today's volume continues | supercity
16/11/2016 19:46 | Mhmm interesting chunky sells and buys making it very difficult to see where we are with braknor holdings. The daft thing about all this is the fact at this rate they will become one of biggest shareholder in the company and when the forward selling is done their goal will be come out high share price so winners in both direction lol So if they want to gain profit after paying out $2m to company, say by end the conversion loans they have 600 million shares min. Share price has to be in thirties in which I can sse them some how do it like the way they did with forward selling to bring it down. So at these prices 100% gains is potentially possible no matter how corrupt the market is, if someone is ready you will know and should follow the trend I reckon it will get very interesting in next few weeks imo | r88ave
16/11/2016 16:43 | Looks like that 66m cleared in only one day! Great! About 200m to go and it's bye bye Braknor. 200m to go until a massive surge. Get ready folks! | bernieboy
16/11/2016 12:31 | supercity, It looks like you are right and they will "release a boring all resolutions passed RNS". It's too late to do otherwise now, as it would potentially disadvantage anyone going to the AGM as they might miss any release. What it does mean is that there is nothing new they can discuss. I suspect they will get a rocky ride as no investor (apart from Bracknor) will be making any money on the stock and many will have significant losses. | mostyn
15/11/2016 21:15 | I wouldn't get too excited about the AGM...they rarely excite and more often than not just release a boring all resolutions passed RNS VAST obviously realise what is happening with the share price which is why they have pulled the plug on further drawdowns...they also realise there is another £308,000 to convert and when it's done the share price could well bounce - it would be of no benefit for them to release news that could see the share price just to have it suppressed by 200 odd million more shares that could be issued. The time to buy will be when they have gone as you get a very preferable low entry point | supercity |
