09/11/2016 12:53 | Totally agree yorgi! | bernieboy
09/11/2016 11:50 | The sooner the better Bernie :-) Quite right E-Boffin they shouldn't have and after Crede as well but hopefully they won't get taken in by another bunch of !!!!!!! I also hope that first the FCA investigate both Bracknor and what part Northland Capital play in it and take appropriate action against both of them. Also that word gets around to as many AIM BOD's as possible so that no other company falls for their "game" From RNS 11th October : " A further fee equivalent to 5 per cent. of funds drawn down in accordance with the subscription is payable to Northland Capital Partners Limited in cash." | yorgi
09/11/2016 11:38 | So the additional 58 mil will probably mostly be offloaded today, if not already done over the last few days. 400k£ or about 240 mil more shares at a conversion price of 0.17. No more draw downs for Bracknor after that thankfully. Should be clear of them very soon..... | bernieboy
09/11/2016 11:21 | yes, we're going to stop using this wonga loan facility which is making the share price crater, and change to a placing at a huge discount, which will make the shares crater further...thanks for your support. | deanroberthunt
09/11/2016 11:18 | plus, still need funding...just moving from one bucket shop to another....placing ahoy! | deanroberthunt
09/11/2016 11:12 | e-boffin yes, now they've spent it and royally screwed mug punters, they've decided to fess up and apologise, sort of.... | deanroberthunt
09/11/2016 11:11 | I think they should start a Jam Factory, they seem to have endless amounts of it for tomorrow | deanroberthunt
09/11/2016 10:48 | "Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company with operations in Romania and Zimbabwe, announces that it does not intend to draw down on the $3 million balance of the $5 million facility that is currently in place with Bracknor Fund Limited and is now investigating alternative sources of finance." They shouldn't have signed up to it in the first place. At least, they seem to have learnt their lesson now. | e-boffin
09/11/2016 09:21 | Could be the bottom here. Seems like they are matching the trades a bit more carefully now. That 10 mil takes up the difference from yesterday and so far today..... | bernieboy
08/11/2016 14:37 | Jolly quiet day today then! 8m volume only..... | bernieboy
07/11/2016 11:38 | That is why they took out the Bracknor loan. "Roy Pitchford, Chief Executive of Vast, commented: "This facility, combined with the surplus cash being generated at Pickstone-Peerless and the improved performance of the Manaila Mine, is expected to provide sufficient funding for the Company to have two income generating mines in Romania, an income generating mine in Zimbabwe and sufficient funding to evaluate a second mine in Zimbabwe. In the event that Vast elects to draw down from this facility to the full, the Company should only have to revert to shareholders for additional capital in the event of additional new value accretive projects being acquired by Vast." | mostyn
07/11/2016 10:05 | From the 29th September rns The Group will require more cash for its near term investment purposes - particularly for the development of the Baita Plai sub-licence, once it is received - but is confident that it will be able to raise cash from investors as it is required; $2.66 million (before issue costs) has already been raised from share issues since the year end. However, this position could be undermined by change of investor appetite, unforeseen delays, cost overruns or adverse commodity price movements and therefore indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the Group's ability to continue as a going concern. ------------------It | supercity
07/11/2016 08:11 | So is this the week that we say goodbye to Bracknor !? Hopefully so. :-) | bernieboy
05/11/2016 10:54 | Nah it will come good | turbotrader2
05/11/2016 10:21 | this truly is the Tomb of the Unknown Mug Punter...run by serial ramper Bernie Boy.... | deanroberthunt
04/11/2016 09:02 | Thanks guys | gemstar2
04/11/2016 08:55 | Well we know that they have sold the first tranche of 428 million as that was RNS'd. Since then they took another 200k's worth being 108m. That is less than 3% si they don't need to declare if they have those or not. Most probably these are also gone by now. That covers 1.1m of the first 1.6m. So at 0.19 they would get about another 260m shares. These are probably being the ones forward sold at the moment. Then there are also probably what about 150m more from the warrants. So hard to know exactly! One thing is for sure is that when they are finished we are gonna see a mighty rerate..until then top up if you can or just wait until the dogs have left the building..... | bernieboy
04/11/2016 08:44 | Some of the guys say 150 million and some think 400 million, I think somewhere in between. Anyway this could shift really fast with good volume. When the share price rises that's the sign when they are finished imo. Or even a good blue close could signal the same. | laptop15
04/11/2016 08:38 | So what's the estimate of what they've got left? | gemstar2
04/11/2016 08:19 | Bye bye Bracknor! 24 million more gone in the first 20 minutes! ;-) | bernieboy
04/11/2016 08:12 | Come on Bracknor sell up and get lost. Please Roy terminate the agreement once the first round is finished. Let's get any additional funding by other means than this ridiculous, fraudulent loan note process. 'agreement not to do anything that may destabilise the share price '! | bernieboy
03/11/2016 23:00 | 15m was a buy imo with 2 10m sells. Soon be gone | showme01
03/11/2016 21:19 | We will be fine | turbotrader2
03/11/2016 19:03 | Wonder how many brackanor have left? wouldn't benefit them to sell lower than 0.19 otherwise they eat into there profit. | laptop15 |
