Publication of Bumi plc Prospectus

Vallar announces that Bumi plc ("Bumi") has today published a prospectus (the "Bumi Prospectus") in connection with the application for admission ("Admission") of the voting ordinary shares of Bumi, as the new parent company of Vallar, to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

The scheme of arrangement, which will result in the introduction of Bumi as the parent company of Vallar, was approved by Vallar shareholders on 7 April 2011.

Vallar confirms that the court hearing to sanction the Scheme and to confirm the Company's related reduction of capital will take place on 27 June 2011, and that the Scheme Effective Date and Admission are therefore expected to take place on 28 June 2011.

A copy of the Bumi Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do. Copies of the Bumi Prospectus will also be available from Bumi's registered office.
