It looks to me as if Oak have been brought in as fund raisers as well as injecting cash. If so any thoughts on how they may now be thinking of taking things forward? It seems like they have changed tack.

Surely if the licence award was imminent - like the Uber bulls have been saying for about a year - UPL would have waited for the whoosh in share price after it’s was confirmed before doing a raise.

Glad I unloaded a big chunk 4p plus by following my gut after the fake bid fiasco.

Prob will retrace towards the placing price. Will see if I can unload 4p plus on Monday
