It's frustrating, I also think the market is bored of these constant updates that do not really say or add anything - most other small oilers do not go to these lengths of updates - there is a balance to be had, especially when a general update disappoints as people hope it is other more pressing news, such as today - would the price have dropped at all or as much id there had not been a release this morning?

Next RNS that matter should only be released:
1. PSC confirmed
2. farm down signed
3. spud date confirmed.

Not enjoying this price action much. It seems the market doesn't believe the PSC announcement is coming anytime soon.

Directors buying shares open market around 4p, clearly stated that the fakeover offer significantly undervalued the company at 14p, I think there's many more bags to come here! ?

Thanks for reporting back doughty. Was anything said about the erroneous bid and given they flatly turned down 14p before knowing it was erroneous, did they say what they thought it was worth?

The board didn't say it undervalued the company, they said it SIGNIFICANTLY undervalued it!.
.
"The Board has unequivocally rejected the approach as it believes it significantly undervalues the current potential of the Company."
.
The word significant is obviously subjective, but my personal view of the word would be several multiples, so 14p vs maybe 3x (42p) or 4x (56p) that, possibly a lot more. Less than 3x makes no sense to describe as significant because to most people it probably isn't.
