18/10/2016 13:50 | Agreed. Downtrend already looks to have been broken. Ready for next leg up on chart? EDIT - UAI also qualifies as a decent income investment at the current level imo. Core 5.9p div gives 3.6% yield supplemented by return of development/trading gains via special dividends. UAI have paid out a total of 13.9p in each of the last 2 financial yrs which (if sustained) equates to 8%+ yield at current levels. Aimho | speedsgh
18/10/2016 13:48 | Results tommorow-if these are as a good as I think that they will be the shares will rerate after results tomorrow as it will show that asset value is way above current share price. | loobrush
16/10/2016 15:05 | Looks like Fibonacci was wrong. I'm losing money here. Can whoever is selling these please stop. | jbfnfn
13/10/2016 10:13 | I think its the costs of materials going up since a big chunks of these will ultimately be sourced in dollars or euros Labour costs as well because a lot of Poles especially are working in construction so the money they send home is now worth less which means some may go home or they will have to be paid more to stay. | gbill11
13/10/2016 10:07 | Not certain, but I guess this is selling off because people think the pound's weakness will affect retail margins and thus will impact UAI's largely retail property book. Now trading at a 45% discount to NAV, so the question is how much is priced in already. | epistrophy

10/10/2016 10:14 | I can't see any reason price has dropped recently on small volumes,is it just lack of interest or are there concerns asset value (which at last results were about 270p) have dropped, or is it that no-one is sure how they are doing ? They have won 2 projects lately so must be stuffed with work which one would think would have pushed price up. I suppose that results next week will tell us where the company is ! Comments anyone. | loobrush
06/10/2016 11:03 | Fibonacci would suggest the pullback now complete - also the share price now back to the rising trendline. Decided to add a few ahead of the results in 2weeks time, so bought 2500 @ 170p, but that was all I could get, for the moment at least: free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | skyship
