28/6/2016 19:39 | I suspect the the next few months will be difficult, but if there is no apparent collateral damage, I would hope that things might even out. | tiltonboy
28/6/2016 18:12 | The market seems to be saying property in general is a bad investment right now. I had a buyer for my house and he pulled out on Friday morning. Tough times ahead I suspect. | spittingbarrel
28/6/2016 16:54 | Skyship Have you anything to add for reason of this continuose dropping since I bought at end of April? or have I missed a payout of some sort, apart from the recent divi. Roy | randv
28/6/2016 14:16 | Time to top up? | 8w
22/6/2016 12:17 | So perhaps JPM think we will vote to leave? | asmodeus
22/6/2016 11:52 | JPM have lowered their price expectations but retained or upped their stance on a whole raft of property holding companies today. I think these companies could get a real boost from Remain, particularly as the strength of the Brexit vote may serve as a wake up to politicians that affordable housing is - in my view - possibly the biggest issue facing the country at the moment. Anti-immigration sentiment seems largely to me to be a complaint that you cannot buy a house in the place you grew up and looking for someone to blame. U&I could be in a prime position to benefit from a remain vote and the likely increase in government support for regeneration and build to let that will follow. | mad foetus
22/6/2016 11:45 | Would be very happy to be at 245p - 30% higher than the current 188p! All depends on the timescale I suppose... | skyship
22/6/2016 11:42 | So JP Morgan recommended neutral with a price target of 300p which was approx 40% gain on share price Now they upgrade and say overwieght but lowered the share price target to 245p. Don't you just love them, ? | canaries2
22/6/2016 11:32 | Call me old-fashioned, but I would be more inclined to go overweight if those price targets were reversed...... | asmodeus
22/6/2016 10:40 | JP Morgan Cazenove today upgrades its investment rating on U And I Group Plc (LON:UAI) to overweight (from neutral) and cut its price target to 245p (from 300p). | speedsgh
20/6/2016 17:38 | I assume a JV with whoever. Other party likely to be a financial institution (perhaps they said that!) - if so - L&G still the best bet... Soi - impeccable timing; hope you averaged up this morning. | skyship
20/6/2016 14:57 | Does anyone see how UAI fits in with "build to rent". Would they just be providing services or would they be taking on development risk in some form, for example? | schober
20/6/2016 11:00 | Weiner adds 20k | eeza
20/6/2016 07:54 | Hi After having watched this for a while, bought my first modest tranche at 180 on Friday. Think the risk reward ratio is fairly favourable. | soi
17/6/2016 16:22 | eeza care to put that into plain English ? or am I just being thick ? | canaries2 |
