19/9/2016 21:16 | Good to see that the CFO's share dealing was reported this time as previously it had gone unreported (see my report from the April 2016 Tyratech presentation at the Shares Mag investor evening for an explanation as to why: } At long last the post-results interview recorded last week with Bruno is now available on Proactive investor, I have no idea why it has taken a week to appear, but well worth a watch, he sounds quite up beat. | timbo003
19/9/2016 20:54 | Yes it is nice to see directors buying, and just wonder whether they are trying to keep this under the radar for as long as possible? RNS late in the day, but didnt stop a nice tick up. More tomorrow if you please! GLA ferris | ferris_bueller
19/9/2016 16:44 | Nice, always good to see the FD buying, and that announcement didn't go unnoticed by a few. Don't be surprised if BJ & JB follow suit, they know this company is worth far more than the current market cap. | michaelsadvfn
19/9/2016 16:24 | CFO share purchase announced. | lr2
19/9/2016 15:24 | More good reviews on Amazon.com & Amazon.co.uk. Lots of customers saying Full Marks/Rid/Nix don't work &...Vamousse does. It's only a matter of time before Vamousse gets the market share management has set it's sights on - 20-30%. It all takes time but we are definitely heading in the right direction. | michaelsadvfn
18/9/2016 10:46 | Good find si_, and as this is the back to school period, good timing. It's a pity the article doesn't say a bit more about Vamousse and how it works but at least it's free advertising for the brand. | michaelsadvfn
18/9/2016 09:32 | There is an interesting article in the Mirror(online)today about treating headlice. "Experts claim a genetic mutation of head lice in the US means the pests are becoming resistant to ordinary chemical treatments GP Dr Paul Stillman explains: “Super lice are head lice that have become more resistant to ordinary chemical treatments." The article includes his assertion that, “Treatments like Vamousse are effective on unhatched eggs as well as lice and only need to be used once.” As far as I can see,Vamousse is the ONLY treatment mentioned ! | si_9125945
17/9/2016 09:50 | Its possibly worth remembering that when TYRU carried out the placing last year, they indicated that the larger portion of the funds raised would be utilised to develop the growth of Vamousse and to prepare for the launch of the new PureScience range. " Placing and Subscription of New Common Shares to raise £3.16 million before expenses at an Issue Price of 3 pence per share. · Net proceeds of the Fundraise will be used as follows: - £1.2 million for further investment in the growth of Vamousse to increase market penetration through enhanced marketing support in the US and UK and also to allow geographic expansion with Germany and Australasia as its first targets. - £1.0 million to launch its new PureScience product range for use in animal production facilities, with the initial objective to launch in poultry facilities. - £0.8 million for additional working capital." Whilst the losses reported at the interim stage look disconcerting in relation to the TYRU cash position,it must be remembered that much of the above investment/spend will by now have been completed, with admin costs therefore due to reduce, along with cash burn. Allenby,in their note suggest that existing cash should prove sufficient for the next two years;whilst in any event we might see cash replenished via the sale of a peripheral technology. The recent Director share purchase was a very positive indicator and could well be the first of several such announcements. I see the next trading update potentially including the following :- The pattern of US lice infestations returning to normal. Sales of TYRU product in France exceeding management expectations. A trade sale(possibly relating to mite control in domestic pets)raising US$1.5 million. Plans for the imminent launch Vamousse etc into Germany. PureScience sales demonstrating a strong and worthwhile upward trend. The BOD confident that TYRU will achieve break even within the course of the next 18 months.(ENDS) Apart from the RNS,the Directors are not aware of any reason why the share price has doubled to 12 pence. ===== Back in the real world,my local Boots has this week seen Vamousse stocks replenished but again rapidly decimated(at £14.99)whilst Superdrug is once more sold out but was hoping for further supplies to be delivered yesterday afternoon. Finally it was good to see that NHS England had added Vamousse to its prescription listings. No wonder then that the share price has bounced off the recent(totally unjustified )low. It would be no surprise to see the shares soon quoted back above 3 pence, for imo they had only descended to that level as insiders were aware that the interims might disappoint those with higher expectations. All to play for here ! | si_9125945
15/9/2016 16:45 | Top of the leaderboard at the end of play & about 750k shares taken off the table. Not too bad. | michaelsadvfn
15/9/2016 14:03 | Yes Nobby, I'd have been more surprised had there been no Director buys. There may be another one to come, there were 2 500k trades yesterday. I'm not sure whether it's the Director himself who declares, or the Company. | michaelsadvfn
15/9/2016 13:30 | michael Your prediction about directors' dealings was correct. 500k isn't a massive amount but nevertheless good to see. Perhaps there are more to come.... Nobby | nobbygnome
15/9/2016 09:23 | The weird goings on are still...going on. Where's all this stock coming from? The mm's have sold about 800k shares they didn't have... | michaelsadvfn
15/9/2016 08:57 | I agree with all which has been said about the weird goings on in the last few days. I couldn't get a quote for 100k when it was 2 p yesterday. In the end I managed to get 50k but the MMs really were playing around. TYR is looking rather tempting now... Nobby | nobbygnome
15/9/2016 08:46 | Good call Si | ferris_bueller
15/9/2016 08:45 | FWIW there's very little stock between here and 4p unless one of the major holders has unloaded some. I wouldn't be surprised if we had a holdings/Director buying RNS sometime today. | michaelsadvfn
14/9/2016 19:35 | Some very interesting trades are now being published, way after the market close. It would not surprise me if there is a sustained recovery in the share price awaiting shareholders, potenti | si_9125945
14/9/2016 16:44 | 500k buy at 2.5p to end the day. None of this makes any sense to me, since the close(at 3p bid) on Monday there has been a net 300k bought, 1.2m net sold yesterday, 1.5m net bought today. I've seen some odd goings on over the years but this is utter nonsense. | michaelsadvfn
14/9/2016 13:24 | 1m more bought than sold, down 12% The mm's put up the offer after 1m shares were bought at and around the 2p level; expect a 1m delayed sell at 1.9p or less to appear. Either that or the mm's were selling at a loss. It can't be otherwise. | michaelsadvfn
14/9/2016 11:17 | A price of 1.985 values the company at £7.3m. I'd suggest the Vamousse brand is worth 3 times that. If you bought 100k @ 2p then the 500k is also a buy - I reckon directors will be in the market today. I'd be more surprised if they weren't. | michaelsadvfn
14/9/2016 11:12 | Another record ! | si_9125945
14/9/2016 11:09 | Just added 200k @ 1.985. | michaelsadvfn
14/9/2016 10:19 | Just added 100k @ 2.00 pence and am back for more at that price shortly. Funnily enough the MMs are bidding 1.9 pence in size for TYR. Weird, imo. There must be another huge TYRU sell @ around 1.85 not yet published, again imo. | si_9125945
14/9/2016 09:00 | The mm's are sitting on about 1.2m shares from yesterday, those will have to be absorbed before any move north. We could be here for a while unless management step in to buy in the next session or two. It's the least they could do. | michaelsadvfn
14/9/2016 08:48 | Technically this is absolutely not a sell right now, gapped down, oversold on RSI, Keltner, Bolly Bands etc etc ... still won't stop the RI cretins though, never does | al h |
