Further to the announcement this morning regarding the proposed open offer (the "Open Offer"), institutional placing (the "Placing") and offer for subscription (the "Offer for Subscription") of new ordinary shares ("New Shares") (the "Issue"), the Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (the "Company") announces the publication of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") containing full details of the Issue.
