12/2/2016 10:20 | I think it won't be long before we hit 130p again. In a world of low to negative interest rates the yield on Tritax is only going to look juicier going forward. They have a very nice war-chest going forward and we know from previous placings that the cash doesn't just sit in the bank. I expect some mega-deals to be announced quite shortly which should again spur on the price. Of course the beauty of investing in these placings and getting excess is that my basic entitlement increases every time as I accumulate shares. I expect us to race to 130p now the froth of the placing is blown away. | mach100
12/2/2016 09:42 | Ah thanks Celeritas. | chester
12/2/2016 09:30 | chester, it's just gone ex-div so you have 3p for that. | celeritas
12/2/2016 08:38 | Still waiting for Hargreaves Lansdown to tell me how many I got. | tyranosaurus
12/2/2016 08:30 | 124p to buy in the market | chester
12/2/2016 08:09 | Apologies your correct Mach. | shauney2
12/2/2016 08:01 | All valid applications under the Open Offer (including Excess Applications) have been met in full. A scaling back exercise has been undertaken with respect to applications received pursuant to the Placing and the Offer for Subscription. Doesn't this mean that those who are existing shareholders and applies for excess will be satisfied in full? Ditto to daveofdevon's happiness | mach100
12/2/2016 07:33 | Thats good news although excess will be scaled back. Worth noting the announcement from SEGRO this morning.Big box logistics is the big theme at the moment. | shauney2
12/2/2016 07:20 | Demand for shares far exceeded supply so the company increased the issue to the maximum and still left applicants wanting more. I have now broken my golden rule, my holding exceeds 10% of my portfolio and I feel very happy with that. | daveofdevon
08/2/2016 14:56 | Yes Dave, I applied for excess myself on that basis. As per the note in the RNS 1 The Directors have the ability to increase the size of the Issue to up to £150 million. Given the appetite for this stock and the scale of the deals they can do, I am pretty sure the 150 million will be easily hit. If I oculd get 33% of the excess shares I applied for plus my entitlement I will be quite happy! | mach100

08/2/2016 07:44 | If you don't own any shares then you have no automatic entitlement. You can still apply but will in effect be at the back of the queue. Edit - having said that there is a good chance you will get some, If I recall correctly the company has said the size of the share issue may be increased and I suspect that because they seem to have unlimited opportunities at the moment they will find it tempting to take all the money offered | daveofdevon
08/2/2016 05:52 | I'm taking up the offer via AJ Bell. Do I have to own shares to apply? I currently don't - thanks | ch3w
02/2/2016 10:46 | I will not be taking up the allocation as I manage a holding for an elderly relative who already has an overweight position here. That's the only reason but it does mean someone else will have a chance to acquire more. | alter ego
02/2/2016 10:30 | Agreed. Hence my hope that my application through the Subscription will not be scaled back too much, even if the Placing/Offer shares will not qualify for the next dividend payment (3.00p on 9/3). | speedsgh
02/2/2016 10:03 | Considering we have a placing in the offing, and the general state of the market, the share price performance here is very impressive. | wirralowl
02/2/2016 09:52 | Have made application via my broker. Hoping to build initial stake via Offer for Subscription although expecting application to be scaled back somewhat. | speedsgh
02/2/2016 09:47 | Taken up my full entitlement and applied for excess too. Looking to increase my overall holding by about 20%. | wirralowl
02/2/2016 09:25 | I expect that each broker has their own procedures so any advice given here might not apply to you. Contact broker is best plan | daveofdevon
02/2/2016 09:14 | Umm I've applied for my allocation but I would like more if possible. How does that work? Do I just email my broker to say I'm interested in x more shares too? | gilotron
29/1/2016 21:36 | Yes, but I am not a share holder so I have no entitlement and I have applied for the leftovers. | lord gnome
29/1/2016 21:22 | Taken mine up. | topvest
29/1/2016 19:16 | Your basic entitlement is 1 new share at 124p for every 11 shares held. i.e your entitlement. | eeza
29/1/2016 17:59 | I've just applied for shares in the offer via my stockbroker. Can't think I'm going to get many if any at all as this should be well oversubscribed. No harm in trying however. | lord gnome |
