My understanding is that results are ahead of forecast and that the company is extremely well positioned for future growth in a number of geographical locations.

There is a suggestion to me that they may well take a strategic partner to exploit this growth and expand their market reach IMHO.

Mach100>> Not my qualified optimism but that of the company in todays forward statements - IMHO.

I think this is a great company in a massive market with great prospects.

I was just commenting on the results and how the market today may view it. Not a buyer today but watcher because of my determination to try and wait to buy on weakness.

FinnCap 88p target price with Pre-tax £2.2m pencilled in for this year.
2016 increases to Pre-tax £2.6m cash forecast of £4.6m.

I sold these last week as was on a reasonable profit and concerned that any hint of bad news today would have sent the share price falling, I read these results this morning and I know they have been consistently upgrading expectations but based on this statement today I do not think these results are ahead of expectations but in line with the recently upgraded forecasts, am I missing something ?

Board change
Having served on the Board for three years, and with the business in both good health and capable hands, I feel it is the appropriate time for me to hand over the reins to a successor. I shall be stepping down from my role as Non-Executive Chairman on the 15th of October. The Board has begun a search for a new Non-Executive Chairperson, and in the meantime my predecessor Francisco Soler will take over the role on an interim basis.

Who now will be able to keep PS under control ?

I am very pleased with today's results and think the market will be too. The problem with serial upgraders in expectations is that they only need to disappoint once before the market get spooked. Often it is even because the profits are not as large as expected although still substantial. A 400% divi increase is not be sniffed at. Twirl your qualified optimism is understandable but, although it is not a cure for Ebola, in an Ebola spooked world hygiene is very far up the priority flagpole. You only need look at Bioquell for the positive impact of Ebola. International sales are a third of revenue from a small base so plenty of growth to go for! Tristel wipes the floor with other shares.

Confirmation of trading statement 28 July. Nothing about trading in 2 months since. Divi increase is good news. Qualified optimism in outlook.

Remains on my watch for weakness list.

I've done a quick check through the tristel.com website.

There is a notable improvement in the presentation of the images of the products though now and again a spray bottle can be found that fills nearly the whole page.

The Anistel and Crystel products are taking on a more professional aspect and there is now hope that the confuse Tristel brand may eventually be put in order

eeza, I don't think anything specific caused a bounce here. I like this company a lot and tripled my stake in the recent spike down. Buyers seem to emerge any time the price is lowered. We are due the full year results very soon.

The presentation is presumably timed to coincide with the publication of the finals, which were on the 14th October last year. I think we all have a good idea of this year's results, it is the forward looking statements that are important, particularly current trading.

What I'm trying to checkout is the professionalism and success
of Tristel Marketing - how much it is costing and for what.

They certainly seem to have made advances in product range and
presentation, though whether it is what the customer wants and
needs remains to be seen.
