13/2/2015 23:27 | Mach100, Yes, I do think growth will slow. I believe that what shows is very important. Their website is clumsy and that is the first place where up-to-date people will look for information. We have had no news from China which should be a game-changer but obviously not. As already mentioned we are back with the old BoD and 'business as usual' Re: share price, I think a P/E of 20 is quite adequate for the uncertainty that goes with this management. I don't believe that they are foreward looking and suspect them of stifling attempts of creative promotion. - pleased to be proved wrong | piedro
13/2/2015 22:30 | Piedro, how do you think the results will go? Do you think growth will slow and the share price is up with events? Or is a fair price 90p. I think the latter myself but am wary that Tristel might come off the boil a little after a run of good updates. That alone might be enough to spook the markets. There was a recovery up to the close today and we might see some positioning ahead of results. 80p is key I feel and if we can hold above that we should have some strength going into results day. If the results are good I expect some selling into the spike. | mach100

12/2/2015 21:59 | LOL I believe there is a difference between 'looking to' and 'visualising', the latter using borrowed images no doubt. Reflections are useful too but only within their context. If I prefix and suffix with " and " will they become any truer? | piedro

11/2/2015 20:03 | Thank you APAD for the link to 'Tristel: Lessons in competitive advantage' If I remember rightly, we are supposed to have buried that old story. I would be grateful if PS could forget the past and start looking to the future. | piedro
11/2/2015 19:16 | 99matti99, They are back with the old gang, no Chris Samler watching out for the best interests, and wish Equity Development to host a webinar which would not be too impartial IMO | piedro
11/2/2015 16:46 | Hi Piedro I would like the presentation recorded. I think it should be standard procedure for all companies. In the interest of fair dissemination I can't see how they can't (sorry about the double negative ;-) ) Cheers | 99matti99

06/2/2015 13:43 | Mach100 - fundamentals here have not changed and are still very good, specially divi. Think investors get tired of waiting for share price to move beyond 82p and sell. But, they tend to come back a few days later. A new strong positive fact may see us through the 82p resistance. | macarre
06/2/2015 09:43 | Macarre, you called the retrace very well in fact. Wish I had that kind of instinct. I am holding out for 90p myself. The only danger I can see is slowing growth as it is a very clever operative in a niche market. It moves quite quickly so trading it is difficult. It does seem to be undergoing a sell-off and it will be interest to see how far it drops. | mach100

05/2/2015 12:49 | Thanks mach100 - hopefully good news can send the share price up. I like the dividends here anyways. | macarre
05/2/2015 12:44 | Hi Macarre. I think there should be a T/S by Friday next week at the latest. In the last two years there has been one around this time i.e between 22/1 and 14/2. There is usually an investor presentation at the end of Feb or early March on the back of it.I shall give Piedro's regards if he doesn't mind. Piedro does a good job on this thread I feel with his updates and assessments. | mach100
04/2/2015 22:11 | mach100 - When are they updating the market? Since October, share price have unsuccesfully been trying to break through 82p. Only way to make money here has been to buy when it dips to 70p-ish, and then sell close to resistance. | macarre
04/2/2015 20:26 | A trading statement is due macarre so we shall soon see if TSTL are growing. A good statement with the promise of growing dividends night push us towards 90p. | mach100
04/2/2015 07:22 | Sp struggling to go above 82p. Suspect a retracement could happen over next few days. | macarre |
