|Totally agree with whe4to
Miami has probably got a few millions altogether with the management over the period of the CVA
Forget about this company folks, you have been screwed by the team and have no chance to get even a penny when the company will be sold. By that time Timan will be oveloaded with another few millions of debt. Thats the reason why Neftisa got the stake directly in NGPT but not in Timan. Most of that money has gone to Chalov's and Miami's pockets directly, but not to creditors (this is the reason why the creditors are still not paid as agreed before and sueing Timan)
We have no access to the financials due to the above, obviously|
|Lol.....and Dmitry give up his £200k+ salary.....never gonna happen m8! He's probably picked up over £2m whilst destroying shareholder value.
Company CVA, create more debt, sell some asset, CVA, create further debt, sell another asset....rinse and repeat; until it's all gone.....you get the jist!
Forget about it bud, and channel your energy elsewhere.
This has been imo a manipulated conspiracy from the beginning!
I would not be surprised for Kapalin to still be lurking in the shadows, lol.
|Just a thought - with the undoubted change in oil sentiment and valuations attached to companies in that sector, do you think the BoD are working behind the scenes to use this improved climate as a window of opportunity in which to sell the company and bring closure?|
|Thanks Miami,looking forward to a conclusion to this saga.|
|Miami, why dont you tell everyone here, how that happened, Timan has sold its main assset (NGPT) to sort out the debt problem, but we ended up in the same situation where we were all these 8 years, but now we are without KNG and NGPT
The second question: A few investors approached the company to buy our Kaspi assets, but the management declined all of them and preferred to focus on selling NGPT. How do you and the management plan to restore the value of timan with the only remaining asset?|
|Thanks for the update Miami. Hopefully see some light, if not resolution, early next year.|
|Thank you Miami for the update and your continued efforts on our behalf. I hope that after you personally put up more money to keep this going, Timan will repay your faith in the assets. The shareholders should be a little more hopeful now.😄|
|Many thanks for your continued hard work and keeping us all informed as best you can Miami.|
Sorry for the lack of news since the EGM.
The purpose of that EGM was to approve a CVA both with shareholders and creditors.
After approval was achieved on both counts, the CVA had to be funded. Due to volatility in the markets after the Brexit vote, our funding plan had to be altered and I personally loaned the money for the CVA.
After receiving the funds the supervisor was unable to immediately make payment to the creditors as their claims had to be adjudicated and two creditor cases were problematic.
The CVA supervisor has now completed the adjudication process and sent out notice to creditors.
If none of the claims ae challenged then the CVA will be complete in the coming weeks.
However our auditors have threatened to resign should this not be resolved imminently. I will update this in the coming weeks should anything material occur.|
|If the last asset is gone as kubock012 says then folks should be able to claim the loss on this years tax return.
From what I can gather Timan is in a voluntary arrangement (not dissolved or wound up) and are currently reaching a compromise agreement with creditors - hence the request for creditors to contact the Supervisors of the Company. This came from Colin Hardman, of Smith & Williamson and is expected take around 2 months hxxps://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/2564132
Although there has been dilution it is understood that once the creditors have been paid there should be some value left in the company. Anyone with a reasonably large holding should maybe speak to Shaun Hand at Capita (Capita acting as the Company Secretary)- [email protected].uk who should be able to advise/indicate residual value after creditors satisfied.
I only hold minimal stock and look in occassionally to see how things are going and whether or not I can write it off. I am by no means involved in the process so please do your own follow up!|
|there is no one working on our behalf. Its all gone bad here i'm afraid.
Miami is long gone, he has no more association with timan.|
|Excuse my ignorance but who the hell is this character miamisteve and whose interests does he purport to represent. This whole saga appears to be one wholly manipulated charade. The question is who are the good guys if indeed there are any ???|
|Miami where is the truth please?|

|Dont be silly, it is a shell company, you guys will never get even a penny out of that.|
|Chaps - do you think we are in a news blackout as the board of directors are working on a possible sale of company, given the improved sentiments to the oil sector ?
Just a thought.|
|Happy to see you guys again. Miami is working hard to get every sibgle shareholder screwed. You have just to be pationed.|
