As you are all no doubt aware, administration, funding and licence maintenance/recovery are issues that require attention.
Suffice it to say that there are more options available now that a creditors agreement has been reached and approved.
I know nothing specific and await future news from the company with the same interest as you do.

At the GM today:

CVA agreed with creditors.
Resolutions 1 to 3 approved by poll vote.
100% in favour.
68% of shares in issue voted.

I think Miama plans to update the website shortly with the latest news.

I have no idea who to believe or who I should be thanking for saving Timan from insolvency if indeed that's what is currently happening. I believe it was Churchill who famously once made reference to Russia as 'a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma'. Such a description could equally apply to events surrounding TMAN and indeed the company itself

So Kubok you would rather completely ruin the company and lose all the shareholders a chance to salvage a fraction of their investment value??? Cut off your nose...comes to mind!

Kubok he's done far far more for minority shareholders than you ever did. You was only interested in seeing what you could get out for yourself , you achieved diddle squat for minority holders in fact you only caused more damage.In hind sight voting you on the BOD was a very bad decision.
