The documents were published 21/05/18 on the ips-doc portal and are password protected. I believe those Timan Investors who were originally registered by Smith and Williamson may have received a password by post. I have not accessed the documents but I believe registration to do so is still available by contacting Smith and Williamson.

My shares are held in certificate form which means I get any newly released public information directly. There has been no such information released. I think somebody might be mischief making.

The final stage of concluding the CVA is being delayed because the final tranche of agreed funding to settle with creditors and the CVA supervisors will only be forthcoming once the historic accounts are submitted.

I spoke with deloittes last week and they appear to be in the final stages of this. If things run to plan, we should be out of the CVA in the early part of next year and be convening a GM shortly after.



You did mean 2018 I take it Miami?

Mate, i am surprised that you still dont get it, the company will remain in cva indefinitely.
Liquidation is the only option left for shareholders to get something out of it, otherwise the remaining 25% of ngpt will disappear soon

The question for us is: What happens next??
Trading in our company shares were suspended 9 years ago, and the fact that this is still alive is miraculous; however, it is totally meaningless unless there is an opportunity for minority shareholders to finally be given the chance of an exit.
Can you therefore please provide an update as to the potential route to that end goal?

What assets do Timan retain,I have lost track unfortunately?
Thought that with the oil price very much higher now, that it would make our assets worth notably more than over the last few years.
