Having read the Notice of EGM I dread to think of what the conditions are required for the £1m loan.

Even more, I dread to think who is giving the so called loan

Notice how the directors have not disclosed the terms of the loan....certainly very sniffy when they don't let shareholders know the full, so how can you vote to support them ?

I met the board sometime ago and this is the sort of thing they would do but if you dig under the surface and go back over time you can clearly see that the directors had one interest in common !

Think back on who the directors and 'advisers' have been !!!

Incidentally, for those who believe blueshare is the best way to go, consider this.

Rob Terry, disgraced QPP founder, broke cover & started posting on the blueshare IMTK thread as 'Disruptive' in Jan '16. Apt really when you consider how disruptive he's been to many people's financial stability.

Anyhow, rather than welcome & taking advantage of the opportunity to grill him about Quindell any such questions were howled down by the members & warnings issued by the mods BECAUSE IT WASN'T A QUINDELL THREAD & THEY DIDN'T WANT ANY OFF TOPIC DISCUSSION FFS!!!
