TEA Shareholders Group's members are currently all transferring their stock into certificated form so that their names appear directly on the company's shareholder register.

Surely a mistake but good old Jason's Wiki page makes no mention of Teathers.



Maybe someone could update it? I'm sure the boys over on the LSE TEA thread would be up for it.

Silence of Jason Drummond is astounding. Would the SFO likely to get involved? Seems to be no reason why this Company actually listed as seemed doomed to fail from outset & Drummond only visible at launch only to disappear. Where is he, in some luxury Chateau/vineyard in Southern France, probably?

I am a shareholder. JD, Oli, and anyone else involved in TEA have a lot to answer for. I am extremely annoyed and once its clear whats happening I will decide on what my next move will be. I have many saved emails, tweets, etc that in my opinion prove the company was breaking regulations. Im hoping that we get positive news to save all the hassle. I think that the way shareholders have been treated stinks and the management have been totally irresponsible.
