I have the App on Apple and it works fine....we are however waiting for the FCA licensed version to be released..

has anyone tried to download the app from apples appstore or itunes or google play?
Tried this morning. Results: it doesn't exist on the apple platform. Downloaded the app from the android platform and it is basically a shell with practically no content. It's like walking into a store with no goods to sell and half constructed.
I was about to buy some shares and I am glad I checked them out first. I think I will pass.

The mutual tie up with Shard Capital announced yesterday will bring in a lot of revenue for TEA.

And they are just the first on many to sign up...

Licensing and Royalty fees. Win-win for TEARevenue generated whether fundraising through app is undertaken or not. Will be good to see what Shard have lined up for it over the next 3 months as they have asked for exclusivity for this period. TEA wouldn't lock themselves out of any further deals for that period unless Shard had something tasty to launch through the app to make it worth TEAs while.

With the 120 day exclusivity period we are going to have an IPO or placement within this period so I reckon we haven't got long to wait

I think so, I was sold on the idea back in March with Techfinancials but took my money back out on launch knowing until we had brokers on board it's a waste of time and money. Now TEA have their first proper financial house signed up. I'm back in again. With an mcap below £2m this will move upward very quickly when first IPO or placement announced and the next broker to join. They won't be far behind. This one is right up Cornhills street, wouldn't surprise me if they're next.
