So, am I correct in thinking the bloke who was in charge of this company when it was CA Speratti PLC, a buttons, buckles & trimmings distrbutor (before Jason Drummond arrived & worked his magic) is now in charge of Teathers Financial PLC, but only on a part time basis?

From buttons & buckles to running a financial services outfit. Great.

Does the much vaunted & delayed V2 app actually work? Even if it does are there any takers for it? Seems like turkeys voting for Xmas to me. Is Drummond abandoning ship?

Oliver Fattal, who has been on the Board of the Company in various capacities since March 2011, most recently and since 16 December 2013 as a Non-Executive Director, is therefore being appointed, with immediate effect, as the Company's part-time Chief Operating Officer
