All seems very quiet in to the interims - no obvious sign of traders buying hoping for a pop.

In their 20th July TU they guided to "£107m-£120m [Headline] EBITDA, equating to material double-digit year on year growth"

Here's hoping they deliver.

Next week will be interesting with HY results. I'm interested as a holder primarily for the dividend, really hoping its not cut. If they can show a recovery from the hacking incident I can see these rise quickly, of course, the results might disappoint so you pays your money and takes your chances.

A real miserable stock to hold over the last year.
I really thought it would recover some of its hacking related losses but apparently not.
The next results are critical and if they are not good Dido had better pack her bags!

agreed, talk needs to package itself up for a sell off.

Especially now that bottler White messed up.

Time this co. was auctioned to the highest bidder, that is if anyone is interested, a marginal player going nowhere, the sooner it finds a bedroom mate the better, the industry is consolidating so Harding had better get her skates on, I see Sky or Virgin Media as the only two hopes!

To all TALK shareholders. I have today put a Limit sell order on my holding in TALK of £3,to stop Shorter,s from loaning the shares from my broker,which they can do for a fee,without me or you knowing about.I suggest you do the same.

As an investor I must admit that I wonder about the future for Talk in terms of the number of players in the market and competition.
If it can recover back to the 270 level I would reappraise my holding at that point.

Like most holders I guess I expected to see the share price recover at least to the £3 level post the hacking scandal but we have seen no material improvement.
I am going to wait for the imminent results and if there is no material improvement I will bail.

It's a two billion pound company.Ofcom ensures a level playing field for competitive reasonsCeos manage the company, not the share priceWhile I agree that talk is a prime takeover target at this depressed price, it isnt niche offering the same as others, and it can manage extremely well with its quad play offering cheaper than anyone else. It's on a 7.5% yield due to bad publicity from the hack. The next results, where hack costs drop out, will imv get talk back to a reasonable valuation.

Talk needs to sort itself out, share price just unacceptable, Harding needs to sell this business, they are simply too niche and small to compete in the New Order, growth will become increasingly hard to achieve, Dunstone might have to curtail his passion for yachting if he ends up the loser here!

I've just cancelled talk talk because they cancelled my fibre order from 3 weeks, really poor, I'm hoping bt are better.
