29/1/2009 11:06 | It seems the gearing is increasing in line iwth expectations. They are developing property as one of there bussnesses and a larg project (by there standards) is now nearing completion so gearing is higher than previously. They have no issue with this and the bank facilities have been negotiated. I used to be a holder but am looking at these agin now. They seem good value and I believe well managed. I do however wonder about the timing of just completing a large property development at this time and having taken on more debt to do it. However several of there other bussnesses are steady earners. All the info I am spouting is in the company anoucments. | bloodsports
22/1/2009 12:11 | Debt problems ? "Interims Nov 08. " " During the period gearing has increased from 46% to 62%. " Any views? | pugugly

08/8/2005 07:19 | If Sutton ticks over that old high at 220p on light volume, it may be "done". Be careful now | energyi
08/8/2005 01:29 | Looks to have gone too far especially with oil prices above $60! | lbo
29/7/2005 08:05 | looks like its on its way now! Small director buy, just to get it noticed! :o) | maximoney1
26/5/2005 08:09 | Very good results today. I think the most interesting thing is that they turned down a bid last June at £2.15 and these results show that its starting to generate good cash flow returns on its assets. But the main point is its seriously undervalued on a NAV basis. | lbo
25/5/2005 23:21 | Potential 30% upside from here over 6 months imo. | maximoney1
20/5/2005 20:30 | It will be interesting to see how much the airline makes. They could think about a demerger of this airport. | topvest
20/5/2005 12:16 | Interesting share this one. Looks expensive on the surface but is around the price it was when the trading statement was released. The Company announces that pre-tax profits for the year to 31 March 2005 are expected to exceed market expectations significantly. That could mean anything from 10% ahead and although it may still look expensive there are a lot of assets to take into consideration. I don't think a PE is the best means of valuation. Results next week - looking forward to them. | doubleorquits |
