27/5/2016 13:51 | Interesting that Chris Rea sold 65m shares and someone bought them? | jmf69
27/5/2016 09:58 | Have a quick look through the previous announcements and can see one example where he invested £1.5m - see below Wonder if Doug Liversidge still holds ?? I still worry that there is absolutely no news on orders / development etc coming out of the company at all. It cannot be that expensive to update the website surely. A question for the next AGM I think ! | leadingladies
27/5/2016 09:38 | Is the arithmetic that simple? My understanding is that he received a good few free shares during his stay?? | gbh2
27/5/2016 09:29 | 66m shares at a loss of circa 3p / share = a lot of money!!! Struggling to understand the logic behind. OK if he sold half believing this would encourage new investors who would bring the company on and increase the share price (and hence the value of the remaining half) but this baffles me. Can only assume he has a better home for his money ! | leadingladies
27/5/2016 08:45 | I wonder who bought the Chris Rea shares | bashor
27/5/2016 07:27 | RNS - Director Share Buys . Good news ! | kenone

26/5/2016 16:30 | Something gone a bit crazy today? | jmf69
14/4/2016 13:30 | The date of the transaction is given as 6 April, so if that is accurate Chris wasn't offsetting gains made last year. | gnnmartin
14/4/2016 09:02 | Timing could suggest offsetting capital gains last financial year ? Still holds a bucket full though. | leadingladies
13/4/2016 18:10 | Yes, I'm sorry to see that. | gnnmartin
13/4/2016 17:46 | Chris Rea sold 2.5m shares | jmf69
01/4/2016 17:56 | AMS are currently looking into completing the necessary trials, to get the SUN supplied hernia fixation device launched into the US market. I believe via the PMA route. Won't be done overnight but shows third party validation and confidence in the recently launched product. | bjfanc
26/3/2016 10:01 | I shall be adding. Barring any unforseen hiccups this I think this is now a screaming speculative buy. | john148
26/3/2016 08:17 | Sp will probably drop back down to 1.5 imo | jmf69
25/3/2016 22:13 | 14% does not give anyone the right to pick directors or determine strategy. He might have saved the company, but then he resigned and walked away | nfr1

24/3/2016 16:07 | Agree with you gbh. Pointless looking at 'charts' on a small AIM company. Price movements driven by news and resulting fear/greed of short term traders - but in the long run by results from the companies success or failure to create a profitable business. | kenone
24/3/2016 08:07 | Everyone knows that charts are totally useless as trading indicators for small volume virtually illiquid companies. For charts to be effective one requires high volume trades with Hedge Funds involvement. they are after all the ones that actually drive the volume and thereby the charts. | gbh2
24/3/2016 07:30 | where's argyle when you need him :) | mandate
24/3/2016 07:13 | Chris Rea isn't the boss - he resigned - Nigel Rogers is executive chairman and Melanie Ross is the MD | mandate
