It was remiss of me,when outlining the reasons why profitability might show strong growth,to omit possibly the most important, namely that recurring revenues are due to rise exponentially as a result of the pricing structure of AuthorBridge.

The MMs,btw, remained particularly keen to acquire your STL shares,as evidenced by today's further rise in the share price.

I think is more like a shot in the 'broad daylight'.
Hope I am right.

Hope you have better luck with this than 'Harbour Lightning' 16 to 8.8 in the last few minutes of trading. Must have gone close with a clear run. Place money will have given you a decent profit.

STILO INTERNATIONAL PLC

Appointment of Company Secretary

Further to the announcement of July 28(th) 2016, Liam O'Donoghue, an AIM and corporate law specialist who advises companies on all aspects of the AIM rules and English company law and is a founder director and shareholder of ONE Advisory Group will be appointed as Stilo's Company Secretary with effect from 12 September 2016.

(ONE - Co. Secretarial

Our Company Secretarial offering is dedicated to providing assistance to our UK and overseas clients. We have a broad client base ranging from start-up companies to listed and regulated public limited companies and we advise them on all aspects of UK corporate compliance and administration.
By acting as company secretary to our client companies or supporting the existing company secretary, we can help ensure that adequate measures are put in place so that our clients fulfil their statutory obligations. Where appropriate, we liaise with our colleagues in the firm on matters which require cross-departmental input..)

Possibly a touch cheaper this way than paying Richard A. £35k a year.

Baa - "line it up for a sale or an eventual US listing"

Not quite sure why they would consider either option at the present time? They've been listed on AIM for 16 years, and I hope they are now on the cusp of fully realising their true potential. It would be most odd if they decided to either sell up or list elsewhere at this particular juncture.

Can't remember the exact rules on Director dealing, but Ashman was acquiring shares little over a month ago which would also appear to rule out those two scenarios at least in the short term.

Hi baa.
I am not too sure whether STL intend to appoint a North American based CFO,at Board level anyway, for they have managed quite well without filling the position for extended periods in the past.

all a bit odd really - have UK Directors , then appoint a North American CFO/FD who likely knows nothing of UK listing rules . Then appoint a UK Co Sec to deal with the listing . Then pay endless travel costs for board meetings/AGM's etc. Must be adding materially to the cost base for what benefit is not clear for such a tiny employee/revenue base.

Maybe they just want to line it up for sale or an eventual US listing...not sure folks would be pleased if the latter.

The company is doing what it considers to be the best both for itself and its shareholders. I am surprised they did not do this some years ago as nearly all of their workforce is based in North America, not to mention the big chunk of their revenues coming from across the pond as pointed out by mouse. For a Chief Financial Officer to be based here in the UK and nearly 90% of the workforce and a huge amount of revenues to come from oversees I think they have managed this fantastically well to date with him being based here.

Stilo say that they now want to manage their finances and accounting activities primarily out of Stilo's Canadian office, located in Ottawa, from which the majority of the operations emanate and staff are located.

The ONLY reason they want to do that now is because revenues are going to go up and up they will certainly go. Basically put: "A GAME CHANGER" For many, many years they have managed to do this from the UK but because they are now so, so, so confident that their revenues are going to go up they have decided that this position is only going to be served well from over in the States.

They have agreed this by mutual consent and they have clearly stated that they will first announce the 6 month end results and he will then part company with the Chief Financial Officer some 2 weeks later, allowing for a smooth transition. Great to know that they are doing it mutually. Naturally, they have somebody in place to take over and it would not surprise me one little bit if the interviews and nearly to be confirmed necessary appointment has not all but been confirmed. Just the legal processes to follow in due course to allow the smooth transition.

In relation to what mouse says about Stilo bringing their 6 month announcement forward to 1 September being positive, I totally and utterly believe that this is the case. One thing that will be categorical is that these results are not going to disappoint in terms of the huge progress that they have and continue to make with Authorbridge.

Incidentally, Stilo to my knowledge in all the many years that they have traded have never brought their 6 month end results out so quickly as 1 September. They would certainly not be doing this if they were going to disappoint.

So what do I personally expect from the 6 month end numbers. Well, bearing in mind that Migrate will continue performing nicely alongside the normal contribution from what we have come to expect from Omnimark, and with Authorbridge not contributing realistically until 2017, just maintaining the 2015 figures is going to be fantastic. Only a small increase on these would be great but if the increase even better then that is going to be even great.

All I am expecting for the current year is the same as 2015 and anything on top of this, no matter how small or large, is going to be "the icing on the cake".

In terms of Stilo's financial performance in 2017 and beyond, I think we can all now sit back knowing that this is GUARANTEED!!!!!!!

Your update reflects my thinking michaelmouse.
Thank you.

Maybe their interim results will not be so low key after all.

"The Board would like to thank Richard for his contribution, over many years, to the ongoing success of Stilo."

Valid interpretation of facts can lead to progress clocktower, whilst we all know where assumptions lead.
My view was, and remains, that the resignation could be construed a bullish indicator.
You could agree with that I assume .
