This now looks like it is starting the next rise up. The share price has been up and down in the last few days which usually happens before the next rise starts, also held on to todays rise.
Here`s hopeing

uNkwn - unfortunately whenever the word 'imminent' is used in an RNS, unless it really is imminent people start to get the jitters and sell up. You would have thought companies would have switched on to this by now but it is a regular thing, probably moreso with AIM. Problem is that you have to be in it to win it as this share can move very quickly on news.

I am thinking of the Asian connection, a Zinc mine at Berg Aukas that is going undeveloped and can be soon brought to production but on the other hand it wouldn't be a reverse takeover?

Nice post squiresquire.

Some good two way trade, early sellers being replaced by bargain hunters. Hopefully this will start to rise again up towards the next and all important piece of news.

they wont go for a fundraise via equity here. If they go for a fundraise, if..then i think they will go for some kind of bank rolling. Thats our Jeremy's job.

I believe they will do this and then give us some kind of mining, as they have stated, venture. I think it will be short term to production. I reckon they have found some asset that its current owners / operators cannot raise funding for. Thats Clarke's gift is finding serendipity.

I think he has found some company with inadequate management and no funding possibility at the moment but with ' imminent' production potential. it may be something like transport links, who knows but he can make stuff really happen. Dont underestimate the difficulty of the Amerisur OBA.

Then he has a package that Jeremy 'chirpy' sparrow sells. They are not doing this for fun, nor to lose money nor to 'take a gamble'. In a few days this may go down or up, but i will top up again.

Squiresquire 2772, I know it will come good, it's just a question of what price and when. I remember the last fundraise at KENV, it was at a seriously different price to the share price although admittedly it's looking a lot better now.

Following Clarke at times must be akin to self flagellation in religious circles you've gotta believe:) I don't actually hold yet but I shall, just rather see the fundraise first.

Appears to have bounced off the 50dma (so far).

Will that hold?

And the sell volume is thin (so far).

Selling the mining asset for shares could turn out to be a good idea - if/when that does get anywhere SMA gets some benefit, for no cost.

Now the BOD can get on with what they really came on 'board' to do!

MMs yanked the share price down, but appeared to have scared very few.

Yes, I'm inclined very much to sit & wait to see what happens, it's not far off according to the language. I would have thought that they would (knowing all the details) swap one long finger opportunity for a better opportunity to enhance shareholder value. We'll see. happy holder, may increase.
