As you can see, SMA is currently just above the base line of the December 2015 ascending channel and riding along the flat-lining 50 day SMA (blue line).

It does seem to be trying to form a basing pattern. I'd be happy to hold as long as it remains within the channel, but would seriously consider my position should it fall below the horizontal support line at 0.33p.

As for buying or topping up, I'd wait for closes above 0.43p, or, better still, above the still rising 200 day SMA (red line). The trouble with that strategy is this share does seem to move very quickly when it moves!

Note the yellow line. It's the 8 day ESA (or EMA). Getting and staying on the right side of that is always a good plan and a good early doors buy signal. You can see how well it works in previous established trends.

The stochastic is a bit toppy.

Just put VG into the search box at top of monitor list and it will give TSX Volcanic as second option, click and its on your monitor list.

SMAs 10% of volcanic is very nice, they have the dosh to get on with the job so expect to hear from them too some time.

True, but Clarke has his record you clearly know about, but he has also bought in Jeremy Sparrow as well as Rupert Fraser both of whom have really top records in finance and investing, but also with Asian markets. Jeremy Sparrow has had a pretty stella career with Hong Kong being his most recent high flying base.

The new CEO they have bought in recently was also Hong Kong based, ime curious as to why the Hong Kong / China bias in Clarkes thinking?

So when Ironveld release an RNS they have as a contact name Gordon Poole who is a partner from Camarco at the foot of each RNS statement.

The last RNS on the acquisition stated it hoped to be completed by the end of April. Gordon is now travelling overseas this week (Possibly South Africa 🇿🇦 if you put 2+2 together). My guess would be an RNS either this week or next. Let the transformation begin......

Amazing how little buying it takes to push the price up, they are clearly watching it like hawks, something going on in the back ground. When this takes off i think it will really motor.

It's a waiting game unfortunately. The only positive is that the share price has remained pretty stable during this time. Hopefully we wont have too much longer to wait until we know who the RTO is with. If indeed thats what happens.

If you look at the chart since February 2016, it actually looks very good. Not that charts really make an important point of reference with many of these penny shares, but our time could come along any day, any time.

What is it that has made Clarke put so much effort into SMA?
