30/1/2017 21:02 | the lung, re. your pointless posts Best you cast your eye over the 4 companies Giles Clarke is involved with. Time for him to exit stage left b4 his credibility is done and dusted. Talking of pointless posts, your recent contributions anywhere on ADVFN are ? | susdit
30/1/2017 13:54 | pointless posts? | thelung
24/1/2017 19:51 | He's also extremely busy working on a road map to walk out of Colombia without any blisters on his feet. | westmoreland lad
24/1/2017 19:18 | Skid Bang on. Clarke is bloody good at deal making, and he is crafty. That is the collateral for this particular loan. | squiresquire
24/1/2017 17:46 | How long is a piece of string? As no-one knows any details of the prospective acquisition/s, that's about the size of it. | skidaddle
24/1/2017 17:15 | With 861M shares currently in issue [prior to any placing] and therefore a MKT CAP of over £4.3M....SMA is not a cheap shell. Giles Clarke obviously has a good track record but what is a fair price to buy into SMA? Not de-ramping just interested in some sensible feed back. | cpap man
24/1/2017 17:05 | Any ideas of the likely placing price then? | cpap man
24/1/2017 13:53 | sloth they dont have to go through as one trade. Could be broken down into smaller ones. They can report virtually as they please, they do have rules of course, and they are always very quick to point that our. But they dont seem to have any enforcement other than the variety that allows banks to cheat us on everything from interest rates to motgages to insurance to overdrafts. Nice eh? | squiresquire
24/1/2017 13:33 | Looking good again today. Out of interest can anyone please explain: I sold 1,400,000 shares @ 0.521 at 16.00 last friday via ICAP. I can't see it showing anywhere as a sale ISDX/LSE since then. Do they not have to publish all the trades ? 2/3 days seems a bit delayed...... | thesloth2
24/1/2017 13:26 | Nice buy isdxhttp://www.nexex | barneygumble27
24/1/2017 13:16 | Moving on piddly trades? | thelung
23/1/2017 15:57 | the quality of management is exceptional, just look at the track record. | squiresquire
23/1/2017 13:46 | why is that? | euclid5
23/1/2017 13:46 | Only SMA stands out for me and I'm expecting it to be concluded shortly | thelung
23/1/2017 13:45 | Assuming they do a RTO, so a very high risk punt, there are quite a few of these AIM co's now, cash shells promising buying up undervalued commodity assets in Africa at reduced prices or buying into Lithium asets CAF BNR SMA MILA | euclid5
23/1/2017 13:38 | Understood and agreed. Could get suspension and a placing at higher price than suspension price.....depending on the subject of the RTO :-) | thelung
23/1/2017 13:37 | I don't. Just saying if as 30 June 16, 7 months later even if they still have this cash balance doens't leave them much to buy a good asset even at knock don prices...so they may have to raise some funds. Nothing wrong with that so long as they are buying a good undervalued asset | euclid5
23/1/2017 13:33 | Seen that euclid - how do you get £287,000 spent in 6 months? TIA | thelung
23/1/2017 13:08 | sorry seems they had as at 30 June 2016, doesn't really buy that much in asset terms really! Following SMA's successful fundraise at the end of 2015, in which both Rupert and I invested in to provide additional funding to the Company, it had cash resources of approximately £452,000 at 30 June 2016. | euclid5
23/1/2017 08:20 | Could be. Where's that thread from? | thelung
22/1/2017 16:00 | euclid521 Jan '17 - 21:39 - 1175 of 1176 4 0 don't think SMA has much cash behind it from reading the recent rns's - about £165,000 from last a/c's. so possible fund raising there? Thoughts? | cpap man
20/1/2017 16:13 | mikeh No track record there at all. Its far better to stick to proven entrepreneurs like Clarke with huge wealth to back it all up. | squiresquire
20/1/2017 16:00 | Next shell to boom. WTE. Ex- cove energy guys there. Cove went 12p to 280p | mikeh30 |
