Because of poor decisions at AEX, shareholders were deep under water until recently, surviving on debt and dilution. I sold out of AEX years ago when nothing came of the last successful well, they have no plan to monetise there assets anytime soon, how can they when they don't even know what they've got?

Its refreshing to see at SDX a proactive management actually growing the company organically and through acquisition.

While we wait for further drilling news take a look what is happening and building at PERE, £3m mkt cap with a BoD that would grace a FTSE250 company. Good things coming there. If nothing else put it on your watch lists.

It's all good, but until it is proved it isn't worth much. You should know it by now.
IIRC AEX Ruvuma has been estimated to contain 1.2TCF(or thereabouts) for years. Plus whatever can be found at Nyuni. And yet gave them zero value reflected in share price

Only at N2 they had "51 metres gross reservoir section associated with significant gas influx and pressure" which flowed " dry, high quality gas at average stable rate of 17 MMscfd (2,833 BOED)" limited with 40/64" choke because of high pressures.
Barely any reflection in share price

Here, so far we know of 20m gas section. With no flow rates or reservoir size. Saying that this is going to be 1tcf or £1 by end of week is a guess. Nothing more.

If they find oil, that's a different story, but saying they have oil at SD1 is another guess at this moment.

SDX's partner, IPR, have a high resource (P10) estimate for South Disouq license of 1tcf. Its on their website. So we may yet get to some very big numbers with the gas alone if things go well on this block.

Even if there is 1tcf, they will not estimate it from one well with 20m play.
