Tip-of-the-Iceberg TV. Good opportunity to put out the party line guff about struggling through to eventual funding and production of their 40% of 10mmb recoverable. A wonder that he could keep a straight face.

Great link Colin no wonder everyone is buying in now if only I'd bought in now at these prices and not the prices 5 years ago!
well judging by that vid nothing we didn't know but some good exposure for the company and with increasing volume should see us moving steadily back north!

ref..1dsk..

'why these 900m warrants are still in play...'

I'm still not so sure that they are... if at the end of 2014, 1,003m were exercisable....of which 900m were allocated to Hanson, that were LATER to be revoked and compensated with cash. Then take off Fletcher and Kejriwal's 12.5m...that leaves a mere 103.5m... the 900m to Glencore have vanished.(this was written 10 months ago)

ps...Hopefully we'll get permit confirmation and Percentage ratification soon.

So your saying dilute as much as they can that way when share price goes up they never see the warrants? That's bad news for those who got in at 5p down then !!

Sorry HT not questioning you. Just think these warrants are probably the reason share price has been manufactured to these levels. It makes sense and reduces potential profit for them and us. Just don't understand why if $65m loan never received why these 900m warrants are still in play. We should be in a hell of a better place than we were a few years back at 3p + yet here we are at .004p. It kind of adds up. Let's hope end game is close. Certainly a confident Bobo on tv this morning.

So on 3rd May they went from placing of 300m + 600m warrants raising £60m to issuing 900m in return for a $65m loan bringing in an additional £60 if exercised.

HT you were at AGM in Aug I believe. 900m warrants were discussed as still showing but there were no clear answers from memory. The initial plan prior to Glencore was 300m placing and 600m warrants in 2 tranches raising 60m 1/2/13. Not warrants for 900m. Just found the dates for these warrants (600m) 5 yrs for 6p and 10yrs for 10p. I don't think these are the same warrants that make up 900m? Are they?

ref Ruedolf

A couple of months after the Glencore deal we got the following..

'On 26 February 2013 shareholders approved the proposed issue of 900 million warrants which if issued in full will provide GBP60 million of funding to the Company.'

note the words....'Proposed'...and 'if'

I'm still looking for(and can't find yet) the phrase 'have issued'

ps in the original rns it was $65m...two months later altered to £60m...so alarm bells should have been ringing then.
