Warrants issued to directors / advisors should be still valid but one would hope rather than be confident that the legal advisors / directors are smart enough to have a get out clause with the warrants issued to Glencore when the deal fell through.

ruedolf....I'm on a need to know....if there is a takeover at a greater price than the highest warrant exercise price....will all the warrants then have to be settled at the exercise price?....(presumably they would)...if so, that knocks a hole in the 1.7bn shares in issued allocation?

The last sale of the day was 6,250,000 at 0.41p....who ever that was had the chance to sell at 0.48 this morning.... but no, he waited all day, eventually sold at the end of the day... and was £5000 down on his optimum price, as not all srsp's rns's come out at 7am.......which leads me to surmise that he was probably waiting all day for an rns.... that never came. The rns he waited for was probably linked to yesterdays 'rumour' that started the increase in buying. The market, however, have increased the spread by maintaining a high offer price, thereby eliminating day traders.....which suggests that the market believes that there's a possibility that there may have been something in the original rumour....(my opinion only)

ps...had the rns he was waiting for been issued, then he would have sold the 6,250,000 shares in any event...because it's 'late'.. he's sold too early...and done the rest of us a favour.

Well said with the above also ... newcomers should do alright buying at these prices .. but there are no guarantees with this lot as solarno used to say remember commitrade ... a share that has stung me in the past.

No doubt long termers have being shafted by the shear CHEAP dilution but if things somehow manage to fall into place .... longtermers might just manage to get out of this with their money back.

......I could see the Doc's 40p share price target under two scenarios

(1) We see a 1 for 10 share consolidation or

(2) if srsp manage to extend the ororo licence beyond its present boundry and incorporate half of Nigeria.

Lol i've had enough of the rhubarb and ramping too Rudolph and buying more and more shares on nothing but hot air and ifs buts and maybes, its about time we got the opportunity to sell our shares and at a decent price not a pittance after 5 years we are worse off than ever!

Ruedolf-- don't worry Dr R told us they have $30B of cash flow NPV from srsp's asset....of course he must of been privileged to of seen the CPR & I guess that's at the long term oil price of $100

but NO cpr issued to the owners of the co / s/holders

so hang on in there like Calvert & the real big boys that know where this is going to get a t/o at 40p that's nearly 8000%

sadly when you read BS like that which I have for several months you know this has failed after 5yrs & just leaves prats on here wishing for the best outcome in their dreams

Well said by Thundarcat what we need is real news from the company not rhubarb from the twitter ramping crew.

Something doesn't add up with activity over the last two days.

While the increase in oil price is good news for srsp there appears to be a continuous supply of record cheap shares available to buy.

Someone is quite willing to offload cheap shares not in the millions but hundreds of millions despite as some project being close to positive news. Somebody holding that many shares is no PI but must be close to the company.

Share turnover over the last two days exceeded 120m mostly consisting of buys and yet barley moved the share price a half of one tenth of a penny. Back in the good old days a million buy would shoot the price up a penny or two.
