15/5/2015 09:47 | I'm glad humper is looking out for us all:) but If your not invested here, they Ur opinion holds no weight, and Your agenda is questionable. All here are well aware of the risks, and at these levels it's weeded out those who are not prepared to take the loss. | tuckerjenkins1
15/5/2015 09:46 | Hi DrR. Do you think Ajami will still be involved given the statement from the 1/5/15 RNS "In light of the current share price and economic climate, the Directors have reviewed the potential dilution to shareholders in raising USD $25m through a combination of new equity and a convertible loan structure to fund the Ororo-2 well. The Sirius Board has concluded that whilst the Ororo Field remains profitable at the current oil price, if the funds needed were raised directly by Sirius Petroleum Plc (as originally announced on 18 Dec 2014) there would be significant dilution of existing shareholders interests and this would not be in the best interests of the Company's existing shareholders." | omzy
15/5/2015 09:46 | Doc With regard to b) Does moving asset/activities to a wholly owned subsidiary mean that SRSP is no longer bound by AIM Rule 11 for said asset? | mrbean5000
15/5/2015 09:44 | now, now lads...let's not lose sight of why we're here. A comment on the loan.. At their discretion, Calvet may deliver any undrawn amount of the Loan to the Company and convert any outstanding amounts due to them at the Conversion Price Sirius and Calvet have agreed an initial drawdown of GBP200,000, according to the company's statement, which the family office asked to be converted into new shares. The availability of future funds is at Calvet's discretion. - I thought this was a bit one sided in that the company can only drawdown at Calverts discretion...yet Calvert are allowed to convert the full undrawn amount into shares....so when news breaks, which is possible at any time, it's win/win for Calvert. Still, I suppose this is the price we have to pay to keep the wheels turning. | htrocka2
15/5/2015 09:43 | IMHO sorry doc, you forgot to signoff with that ;) | mrbean5000

15/5/2015 08:37 | one for Chris. 'Htrocka you obviously didn't read my post properly as it says The Company doesn't give out any info not a random link to something the company have never officially commented on. I just think this guy likes cutting and pasting links, like he's just found out how to do it. There was no reference to this item prior going to press. They commented on an item that did not exist. PS....Ref Bumper....'it is a beautiful day'...I'll go along with that 100% | htrocka2
15/5/2015 07:57 | Bumpa ...I have looked at both sides of it and have chosen to follow it through ....truth be known neither you or I know with any certainty the outcome here ....I have stuck my neck out and invested here so that can explain why I post ....unless you are invested here and given the sentiment in your posting ,an investment by yourself would be crazy .What puzzles me is why you are so concerned with Sirius and the outcome. | bronislav
15/5/2015 07:54 | constructive posts there Bumpa - thanks | mrbean5000
15/5/2015 07:53 | it is a beautiful day bron i'll grant you that! I thought/hoped you might have been one of the ones who'd finally wise up to this story but i guess not...? | bumpa33

15/5/2015 07:38 | oh, you can ignore me all you like, but you ain't gonna be able to ignore the day this one finally staggers to a halt are you... | bumpa33
15/5/2015 06:48 | X1000......they are far from idiots and are extremely well connected business men with a network of close connections and associates in particular in Nigeria....I feel sure these guys will like to be thought of in a good light when Sirius is concluded and not thought of as rip off merchants ....I believe they would protect their own interests first at the expense of others but that goes for a large proportion of humanity but if they don't need to then shareholders will in my view be looked after ,especially the ones that see this through to the end....hopefully not too long to find out. | bronislav
15/5/2015 06:41 | I like your thinking Bronislav... and I repeatedly remind myself that the bod are not idiots even though they may be devious diluters. | x1000 |
