17/5/2015 02:03 | Sherl0ck 16 May'15 - 06:55 - 33326 of 33350 3 0 Whatever happened to F13ldstone? I used to enjoy his insights and debate on here and LSE, and think he had a pretty sizeable holding at one point. He still occasionally posts about WRN but nothing on Sirius for months.....maybe he's just had enough and sold up by now. No more sightings & smiley faces from Adoc since the last RNS either. C'mon guys - if you still peruse here from time to time and continue to hold some SRSP shares, your thoughts, ideas & concerns would be most welcome, especially after recent developments. He had enough of being attacked for telling it straight because it wasn't what people wanted to hear is my guess. I am sure someone said that chart looked dire a while back and was strung up for that. Sad when they try and stop freedom of speech because it doesn't fit with what they want. | chris shiherlis

16/5/2015 15:07 | gran. 'Our attention (Guarantee Petroleum) has been drawn to the recent publications by Sirius Petroleum PLC on its website and in the Guardian Newspaper of 22nd September 2014 regarding ORORO Field development' With respect, I think you'll find the main cause of the Owena debacle surrounds proof of ownership over Ororo and OPL 241. Dr Mimko has been instrumental to the charge of asset shuffling from Owena Oil and Gas into Owena Energy and it's main purpose is to eliminate usurpers, competitors and 'partners'. We all wait for the courts judgement that, hopefully, will eject Guarantee Petroleum as an official partner.....leaving Owena Energy with 100% control (minus SRSP's 40% and the states mandatory 10%) In view of the fact that it's taken so long to resolve must indicate that it's not an open and shut case. This went to court on October 9th...and we've heard nothing since....therefore still remains unresolved. Shoving the asset into Owena Energy moves a state asset into private hands controlled by Dr Mimko....and friends. Your article is history and irrelevant. | htrocka2

16/5/2015 14:05 | if this proves true, then either the directors should be prosecuted for misleading the market through RNS announcements, or the rules to protect investors are simply non-existant. Someone is telling big porkies somewhere. | the drewster
16/5/2015 13:17 | News Publication on Ororo Marginal Field in OML 95. Our attention has been drawn to the recent publications by Sirius Petroleum PLC on its website and in the Guardian Newspaper of 22nd September 2014 regarding ORORO Field development. In the said misleading publications, Sirius Petroleum PLC claimed to have entered into an agreement with BTG Pactual Commodities (UK) for the marketing of crude oil from the Ororo field. We wish to state that the Finance/Technical Service Agreement (FTSA) between us and Sirius Exploration Nigeria Limited (Subsidiary of Sirius Petroleum PLC) was terminated on 25th June 2012 CLICK TO SEE LETTER OF TERMINATION;hxxp://g This is to inform the public (in general) and the London stock market, Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in particular, that the Ororo joint venture partners (Guarantee Petroleum Company Limited and Owena Oil & Gas Limited), have not transferred any interest to Sirius Petroleum PLC (or its subsidiaries). Anyone who transacts any business with Sirius Petroleum (or its subsidiaries) on ORORO Field or bases his or her investment decision on misinformation published by SIRIUS does so at his or her own risk. 16/5/2015 11:34 | In case anyone thinks Fry and Regan pull the strings, think on. The 2 guys running the show are Nigerians at the highest level, Mimiko and Jonathan. Dasuki and Kuti are the go-betweens. Chuck Ajami into the mix and that makes 7 big names in big business/politics. Now add Ophir, BG, Havoc, Schlumberger, BTG, PGS, Chevron. All interested in a £10m oil minnow. | dr rosso
16/5/2015 11:31 | Well said Quid4cash one day we will hopefully look back and have a good chuckle at all this. It has been a turbulent ride 5 years+ so far and as the Doc just said its hard not to be angry/regretful when most of us paid 3-5p + for smallish holdings years ago which now when the engame is possibly closest its been you could now get over a million+ for the same price, as you said shoulda woulda coulda. When/if this does hit our target price it will still be life changing and they wont' be getting a penny of my shares until i see a tidy profit. Chris's little story did make me laugh this morning heaven or hell dessert hopefully won't be served up anytime soon. | butch488
16/5/2015 11:20 | My only regret is sitting on a bunch of shares for 5 years when I could've left it until now to buy in and take 3x as many. | dr rosso
16/5/2015 11:17 | Last post on this Bron,Bobo and Co have not walked in our shoes and that is the problem.
