My response: Thanks for the response, but what does that actually mean? And what other avenues are you going down to get this company back up and running...or have you given up?

Answer: There are two lines of action: recovery of the monies lent to SHG, and a new direction for the company. We have not given up, but are unlikely to be able to report a resolution of either in the short term.

My Question: I have waited another 3 months, so what is the latest? Has anyhting moved on, have you been trying to get our money back? The company may not be listed but I'm still pushing.

Answer: Negotiations for return of money are in progress but not yet concluded to our satisfaction.

And finally my questions that went out today:

Q: Can I ask again, how can the company be taking legal action if we have no money? Who are the large shareholders putting up funds? It has now been a month since we last spoke, what action has been taken during that time? A poll was requested at the agm , what has happened to that?

Also my other questions:
Q: are you looking for other areas in which to invest and get the company back to acheive shareholder value?
A: Yes, but what we are able to do will depend on the outcome of the legal action

Q: which will take how long.. months...years? Can you tell me which shareholders are starting legal action, are they corporate?
A: Impossible to say at this stage. The company is taking the legal action.

Q: how can we do that if we have no money?
A:See my AGM statement sent to you earlier – the funds are being put up by certain large shareholders

Oh .. just found this from last december:

Dear John

Most of the answers are in my chairman's statement posted on the Setstone website. My statement at the AGM was as follows

'Legal action funded by certain large shareholders has been started against SHG, seeking a remedy for SHG's failure to repay loans made to them by the company. The company has taken this step after all avenues of negotiation with Beni Sinbeti of SHG have been exhausted.'

The AGM had to be adjourned because one shareholder present demanded a poll on all three agenda items. The poll could not be held as proxy details mailed by the registrar did not arrive in time for the meeting.

Best wishes

Peter
