Any thoughts on the management of a AIM listed company who GAVE AWAY the kitty without any security at all?

what about dishing out shareholders cash in unsecured loans?

Were they ever paid back?

Hope you have a good look at GEX before their next set of drilling results within the month Id say. But RGT appears to have a considerable amount of fuel left in the tank.

What does Mitchell know about this? he was duumped by Tips at the same time of the suspension. Unpaid debts? Loans without security? Tipped etc?

"I shall shortly be preparing my chairman's statement for issue with the 2005 accounts.."

So once that's out we should know more.

John- It may be informed Speculation.

On the basis of THIS phase of GEX's development Ive added over 100K to my holding in recent days.

Im not expecting any surprises and you know my expectations.

Im keeping a very close eye on "Adhesive1" over on iii.

Don't get me wrong ...I'm not at all impressed which is why I keep on the case with Peter Burton. I was just wondering what e-mail you use as mine always seem to get there.

John yes they are held with TDW in a nominee account but I still have received no notifications whatsoever. Peter Burton did tell me by email about the proposed meeting in December but never provided dates and no other communication was ever received.

Sorry, I am not impressed. I think they have used our money without keeping us informed of what they are doing with it.

Rebtif10...what e-mail address are you using?

I assume that as the holdings are in nominee accounts when ever something comes in they make a call as to send it out or not ..I'm chasing up Barclays

I held long before the suspension but have received no communication from the company whatsoever by post since delisting. I have contacted them several times and latterly, as previously posted, my emails to Peter Burton have been returned as 'failed'.

john thanks for that update .as regards shareholders being informed of meetings etc I like a lot bought on the day of suspension so I would guess that I am not on the official register of holders as I belive stock transfers cannot take place whilst the companys shares are suspended , I would think that if I asked for my shares to be certified from my nominee acount it could not be done ? anyone know different to this ?
