There was a late rally in PoG and miner ETF's yesterday afternoon which SRB did not pick up. With PoG continuing to rise overnight maybe this morning we will see some catch-up action.

The worry here is the seller who appears to want out at any price to-days trades are a good example we can but hope that his ability to sell is coming to an end

hi, shantas not the only one thats picked up.. look at aaz..its flying again..
i think theres a worry still about gold prices.. $950 aisc isnt that high.. they need to bring that down to a more respectable $700 if they can to sustain a period of recovery.

Hi everyone, boy is it quiet around here right now! LSE miners over £200m have picked up usefully in the last couple of days, as have the GDX and GDXJ ETF's. As usual the minnows are lagging (but I see Shanta has been picked up). Serabi seems to have been left on the floor....For any new visitors to this thread, here is the video of MH presenting at a recent conference in Colorado (a similar event was planned in London on 4th November) and makes good and bullish listening; MH wants to reach to 100kOz within 30 months:hXXp://www.gowebcasting.com/events/precious-metals-summit-conferences-llc/2016/09/15/serabi-gold-plc/play/stream/20128Or the more legible static slide pack:hXXp://1ab2g8adc2a2np23a4ey1nch.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Serabi-Gold-Marketing-presentation-Precious-Metals-Final.pdfAfter 1:24 an out-take of "we've got to get some scale now" sets the tone and Mike muses about 40kOz, maybe 50kOz by expanding Pallito 3km along strike, with modular mill expansion, funded out of cash flow. He is "more excited about Sao Chico....." (there are three additional latest drilling results on Slide 19), and speculates about the future installation of concentrate production facilities at Sao Chico whilst further satellite mine sites are developed. And there is the prospect of doubling production through M&A.The update on the two geophysics programmes is now getting overdue(?); maybe that is what the market is looking for?Cheers, tightfist

Is this share being manipulated as we see small sells taking place on a regular basis usually not long after the open the size of these deals do not make financial sense so one assumes that the price is being held back.
The company has made great strides recently but its not being reflected in the price lets hope the next set of figures result in the share price improving. some of us have been here since serabi mining days and the promise of jam to-morrow is waring a bit thin.

I noticed the 1 trade.

I think it's an investment urban myth, but I'd be more than happy to be proved wrong tomorrow.

Looks like a waiting game for the results of the exploration program.
POG and Brazilian Real crutial short term. Outlook long term bullish if substantial resource upgrade. Also need to see if there are any developments on the M&A front.

Hi Sleveen,Yes, the numbers look positive and steadily continuing in the right direction, but not earth-shattering. I note that non-cash Depreciation continues to climb Q-on-Q which is taking the shine off the numbers. For me the brought-forward sale of 160t of concentrate muddies the numbers, it's a shame that Line hasn't given that concentrate a $ value; I suppose that's commercially confidential? If the Q3 revenue (and cost) figures are substantially flattered I am not so happy.I bet they enjoyed writing "negligible debt"!There doesn't seem to be a brrmedia webcast this morning; if there had been we would have probably been offered more insight.Cheers, tightfist

A positive indeed in a set of positive results. POG uncertainty causing falls in numerous gold stocks this am.

They changed the concentrate customer and no longer required the trade financing facility as SRB now receives payment from the new customer a lot earlier.

nolt sure what you mean by this:

Jettisoned the trade financing (which was quite expensive)

hraj

very good results IMHO.

$300/oz cash generated (as predicted)

$6m cash generated in Q3.

Reduced debt by $3.3m

Jettisoned the trade financing (which was quite expensive)

So long ad POG holds, SRB are a buy IMHO.

Say $300/oz cash generated gives $3m cash generated @ 10k oz for Q3.

Depreciation (guestimate $2.5m) is included in the AISC, which should cover cap ex interest and debt repayment.

So circa $2.5-3m cash generated in Q3.

If my figures are broadly correct then 7p should be in reach IMHO.

markets were really crazy yesterday with all the market losses reversed and more.. and today gold is heading back down and the dollar strengthened again, not sure how this reflects in terms of the real. i'm still hopeful that news can push this above 7p.

currently AISC are $960.. that still leaves a positive cash flow.
